Availability of the part I needed plus worldwide shipping. Ordered a flywheel from a company in the US and waited twelve weeks with no answers of when I would get my order.
Ordered from Xdalys.it and received it in nine days. Thank you for the fantastic service.

Long delivery time. It is never possible to call the given phone number. Does not respond to written emails

Ordered a door, two weeks later arrived badly damaged in transit. Came covered in a single layer of cardboard, despite paying around €200 for shipping. The packaging was wholly inadequate for the task. Sent repeated messages to the seller, but after initially admitting it shouldn't have happened, have heard absolutely nothing back. Communication consistently poor, and I'm now left with a door which is pretty much unusable, despite paying out around €500 including import fees.

I placed 2 orders recently and received both orders without a problem. A few days after I placed the order I got a tracking number and I did not have a problem.
However I do wish they had better descriptions of what they are selling or communicate better via e-mail when the customer askes questions. Sometimes they won't get back to the customer at all.
Other than that I would order from them again only if I was sure the item in the picture is what I needed.

Poor item description, horrible comunication, comunication took 4 weeks to respond. Feels like they give zero f.. about their costumers. order placed 01.09.2023, item sent on 02.10.2023

Achtung Betrug!! ch habe ein Angebot mit fünf Klimaleitungen auf dem Foto für meinen Renault Master gekauft, zum Preis von 88 Euro. In der Rechnung stand plötzlich 100 Euro plus 48 (achtundvierzig) Euro Versand nach Deutschland. Da der Gesamtpreis von 148 Euro für fünf Klimaleitungen für mich noch akzeptabel war, habe ich trotzdem bezahlt. Gekommen ist allerdings nur eine Leitung. Keine Rückmeldung auf Email Anfragen. Vermutlich bietet der Verkäufer deshalb kein PayPal, sondern nur Überweisung an, um den Käuferschutz zu umgehen. Habe auf Grund meiner früheren sehr guten Erfahrungen mit litauischen Firmen leider nicht vorher nach den Bewertungen geschaut.

My item arrived as described and I am very pleased, but communication could be better. I was told I would be contacted by the carrier for delivery but I had no idea who the carrier was, I eventually had contact 2 weeks later on the day of delivery? I was little unsure placing an order because of some of the reviews, but my experience was positive and my item arrived around 3 weeks from placing the order.

I am satisfied with the purchase. The speed of delivery of the goods is reasonable. 4*

La piece,un evaporateur de dacia stepway de 2013 n'est pas referencée par renault qui propose le bloc de chauffage/clim complet au prix de 1200 euros HT la piece reçue en 8 jours ouvrés est neuve,tres bien emballée,et fonctionne parfaitement.jJe suis donc tres satisfait de Xdalys.

Instead of the promised 3-7 days delivery, I’ve been waiting for my parcel for 21 days!! No answer from the customer service associates, had to find the owner’s phone number online and ring it myself! Very dissapointed and won’t buy from xdalys again...

Scam. Paid top dollar for an item, lots of $$ in shipping and no contact has been made, no sign of my item.

Have tried to get in contact several times and no luck.

Should be made illegal!

such a dumb scam i ordered a 100 euro hedlight washers and i didn't get anything and they stoped answering they are scammers

such a dumb scam. ordered a windshield, verified the price for delivery and availability to my location and paid the invoice. then they requested an increase of delivery price by at least 4 times, then they said they cannot deliver to my location as to a private person. I requested to cancel the order and a refund, so they just stopped answering. it's been more than a month.
