Commande reçue rapidement, produit bien emballé et conforme à la description. L’installation s’est faite sans difficulté et le rendu est vraiment propre. Le service client a aussi été réactif à mes questions. Bonne expérience globale.

I ordered H6 BA20D Easy2 Bi-LED – 9-32Vdc – 5000K – 2500lm bulbs from XenLed (France-Xenon), but I received completely different ones that do not match the listed specifications. The delivered product is much cheaper (€15.90 instead of €35.90). I tried contacting them several times, but they never replied. Very disappointed with this service.

I have ordered two pair of h4 100/90w and received one cartridge of two lamps. Have sent three e-mails and reclamation on the site. Still no request. I´ve been robbed bij xenled or not?

They delivered the wrong led for my car. So its didnt work.
Since now i became no refound.

Dont buy there!

Nearly 4 weeks ago we have ordered some fog lights. we paid and got the invoice, but no lights until now..... late delivery can happen, but they never replied on my emails :-( no good customer service!!!

I bought a LED side wing blink light assembly, or what the picture showed me on website. I only got 2 LED bulbs. They never showed me the product they were selling. I got fooled by pictured on what they were selling. Don't buy unless you contact them and make sure what they are selling. Total bad business scam. Do better Xenled.com

Absolute shower of sh1t. Sent me two led headlight bulbs and one was considerably brighter than the other. Emailed them as they offer a 3 year warranty ( that's a joke ) and got a standard reply saying we will respond soon. A week later I contacted them again and got the same response. The third time I emailed them and stated that I would open a PayPal dispute and guess what? They finally replied. Unfortunately as they took so long in replying I was outside paypal's 30 day limit. So I'm down around €140. I suspect that this was their desired plan so all I can do know is warn everyone on all social media platforms how poor their products and service is. I had to buy two new ones from an American company that work perfectly as my vehicle was due it's annual test.
