XERIC WATCHES レビュー 

I have a Trappist Moon phase. After 2 years, the battery died. No problem. I replaced it. But nothing happened. I put in another battery. Nothing. Batteries are fine, watch is dead.
I have Seikos and Casios from 1998 that are running fine. Xeric? 2 years for $300+?
A nice novelty watch, but not very functional.
IMO, Not worth the money.

Don't buy from Xeric.

While Xeric's designs are undeniably unique and visually impressive, the internal mechanism is a massive disappointment, and the customer service is virtually non-existent.

​Here is what happened:
​On the second day after receiving the watch, I wound the movement. Right after, the rotor started making an insanely loud noise whenever I wore it. While driving, my wife could literally hear it from the passenger seat. It honestly feels like wearing a cheap toy.
​I contacted customer support and sent them a video of the issue. Their response? They claimed it was "normal" simply because the watch has an open case back...

​For context, I own several automatic watches from reputable brands (Seiko, Zeppelin, Citizen, Tissot...), and not a single one makes a noise anywhere near this loud.

​Long story short: save your money. Look elsewhere and buy from a trusted brand that actually stands behind its products with quality customer service.

Return status: Pending Approval"

​I’m moving on. Unfortunately, the responses provided here don't reflect the reality of the situation, and I no longer feel comfortable relying on your customer service. Given how this has been handled, I worry that returning a watch that has been worn would only lead to further disputes over a refund.

​Things would have been completely different (and I wouldn’t be leaving negative feedback) if the return process had been simple and swift.

Furthermore, an excessively loud movement is still a issue in my eyes, even if the watch keeps time. If this level of noise is considered normal for this model, then the quality is well below standards set by brands like Tissot or Citizen...

​I’m sharing this update to inform other buyers, and I will continue to share my honest feedback on social media and with the watch enthusiast community.

The quality and assembly are excellent. This is definitely not the last Xeric I will buy. Good job guys. Keep it up!

The watch is great, I love it.
But the delivery time for the price is too long.

Smooth website and UX fabulous and great delivery service

Quality a bit low for the price, the hour markers in the wandering movement have play in them, which throws off the minute marker up to +/-2min at any given time. Slight shake of the wrist can change the marker by +/-2 min.

Also shipping was delayed due to having to manually capture payment on xerics end, had to email and ask about shipping to get it sorted out and get the ball rolling.

Expected more for $1000 USD...

Easy process and the watches are fantastic.

The Watch overall is great. Amazing build.

The strap though feels really cheap...and the final price with the shipping does not include the customs tax to pay for europe... Other 28€ on top to pay...

Literally refused to take my order cause they didn't like my form of purchase I guess? They say it failed verification checks, but wouldn't tell me what verification it failed. I used a credit card, and all of my information as I would anywhere else where payment is happily accepted. Looks like I'm going to have to buy their wares elsewhere.

From the initial order to delivery the process was very easy and efficient. The watch is just what I expected from Xeric, imaginative and well made.

love my jump hour and it has sparked a dangerously addicting hobby. I have a thing about one watch one brand but xeric would be the first to get an exception due to how unique and price accessible they are. my small maybe gripe would be the stainless steel does seem to scratch quite easily.

Awful company! They have no idea what customer service is. My order had the incorrect address and I contacted the local courier twice to ensure the address was changed. The courier then deemed the item lost but tracking shows it returning to the main shipping company DHL. I asked Xeric would they replace or refund and got a flat ‘no’. I have had to ring EVEI and DHL to find out where the parcel is. Xeric will not get involved. Their email representatives are cold and have no interest in helping or showing any empathy for a customer who has spent money with them only for the parcel not to be delivered. They also seem unaware or not willing to recognise that Consumer Rights exist and until the parcel
is delivered it is under their responsibility. I’ll now have to start a lengthy process of recovering my money. The watch looked great and I was excited to receive it but as always the true test of a company is when something goes wrong and how they will react. In this case Xeric you are an utter disappointment. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever.

紅色錶盤顏色太淺太過於反光，而且時間刻度相對不容易辨識，夜光塗層效果很差，真實佩戴時一進入無光暗室就完全看不到指針與刻度
