I purchased the Halograph ii automatic because I love unique time pieces. This watch is just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. It's also a very comfortable watch to wear for me and the crown doesn't dig into the back of my hand when I'm working like most do.
I made a mistake in ordering and overlooked a special deal Xeric was offering. Even though it was entirely my fault, the staff emailed me that they were happy to accommodate me. They really went above & beyond I felt.
I will definitely be adding more of their watches to my collection.

I have given this a lot of thought as I like Xeric.
I have bought before & think they are good quality & very innovative. Originally was going for the 'James Webb' Version But decided it was too 'in your face' so bought the Trappist 1 Lunar Module Edition instead.
Glad I did - more restrained & a good choice.
Overall I'm satisfied. It was well finished with excellent materials + a quick delivery.
Only downside is the Miyota 82S0 Non Hacking , Non Gilt $32- $55 Movt. with an accuracy of +20 ~ - 40 Secs. a day... which is JUST O.K. but so basic you can see all the money has been spent on the dial, rotor & casework. I know they don't say so but I thought it should be 'Hacking' at least. This is supposed to be a $500.00 Watch!
Why not a basic NH35 or similar Citizen movt?

Fantastic time piece with high quality construction and design! Wears comfortably on the wrist and gets a ton of compliments.

I was prepared for a gimicky watch, but this is excellent! Size is great for even an everyday wear watch. It is unique and classy, and would be ok dressed up. Biggest unexpected feature is that it really is easy to read! Well done Xeric!

Early backer of the Timeline Retrograde here. Been waiting for this baby for many months, shipping finally started in mid-June and I spent many a week refreshing the tracking-sites in anticipation. It finally arrived yesterday and, wow, what a major kick in the nuts. The watch itself LOOKS as advertised, the finishing on the case and dial are pretty good except for some really misplaced writing on the caseback which is not level at all, like not even close. Never seen that before, not even on $50 dollar cadisens from AliExpress.

The movement is what it’s all about of course, and it delivers… sort of, except for the datewheel, like what were they thinking, I wasn’t sure it was gonna be as bad as I had heard before I saw it with my own eyes and, yeah, it’s pretty damn bad. The movement itself feels brittle as well, you can only set the time forwards, doing it the other way risks damaging it. This makes me kinda nervous to set the time at all, like, if you miss the minutemarker you’re aming for when setting the time, you have to go forward another 24 hours again to get it right which is annoying. I’m also worried about the serviceability of this thing as the movement is heavily customized.

But the worst part about this watch BY FAR is the bracelet. The buildquality and QC of this bracelet is like it came straight from TEMU like what the f***. The watch is made to be permanently on a bracelet and the bracelet feels like it came straight off a casio from the 90’s. Unbelievable how a watch that will retail for $1200!!!! Get’s shipped with such bad quality. Even though I only spent $699 as an early backer, I still don’t feel it was worth it. Xeric also has a habit of neglecting reviewers inputs and customers concerns by not addressing them at all or waiting until it’s too late to cancel an order. They have no customer service at all (that I can find anyway) and I wish I never fell for their clever marketing tricks.

Stay away and spend half the money on almost any other microbrand watch to receive tenfolds value for money in return as well as above and beyond customer service, quality control and community. I highly recommend Zelos or Henry Archer for example. Xeric makes really cool watches with cool and fresh ideas and designs, but man do they fall short in every other department.

Edit July 9: Xeric tried to have trustpilot remove my review for being «defamatory». Luckily trustpilot is an actually trustworthy site and they denied their request. This comes to show that, not only do they underdeliver on their watches, refuse to listen to complaints or answer customers concerns, but they go out of their way to actively silence criticism. Keep that in mind if you contemplate buying something from them.

Shopping experience was straight forward. Watch came as advertised and generally good value for the price (with discount code). I love the unique designs and will be keeping an eye out for future releases. As a Purdue Alumni (cradle of astronauts) the NASA Chrono felt like a no brainier for me.

Easy to order, delivered quick and look awesome.

Wasn't expecting the build quality to shine, but it already exceed my expectation with this price point with its quality. Great unboxing experience 10/10

Keine Infornation bzw stark irreführende Infos auf der Homepage dass der Leuchteffekt der NASA Uhr nur auftritt wenn er vorher geladen wird. Antwort des customer Service war, dass man sich vorher hätte informieren können und man umtauschen kann wenn alles unberührt sei. Finde ich für den Preis sehr unkulant.

The Vendetta X Automatic Brown Rosewood was a gift for a friend that loves watches. They just got it yesterday and loved it due to the unique design.

J'ai acheté deux montres automatiques NASA et Vendetta ( 1000€) = que des PROBLEMES.
Je voulais acheter NASA Artemis Tumbler ou Halograph Tourbillon mais c'est une très mauvaise idée :
Apres les problèmes de livraison maintenant j'ai un PROBLEME de service avec XERIC.
cela fait un an que la vendetta est en service apres vente chez le partenaire de XERIC = Times Ticking
ils ont d'abord perdu la montre mais ne l'ont pas dit et maintenant ils sont perdu la pièce de rechange et Xeric ne veut pas résoudre le problème avec Times Ticking, son partenaire de réparation. Car Xeric ne fait pas de réparation ni de services apres vente : ils vendent les pièces à Times Ticking.
La situation est bloquée depuis un an. Xeric dit que c'est la faute de Times Ticking. Times Ticking dit que xeric n'a pas envoyé la pièce.
et moi j'ai pas de montre.
le bracelet en tissus de la montre NASA est tres vite devenu impropre, je ne peux plus l'utiliser, je vais changer dans mon pays.

C'est dommage car le service commercial était très efficace pour vendre, mais après il n'y a aucun support.

Most importantly unlike Inverter I this watch sits nicely on your wrist because it does not have a curved back. The weight is conveniently spinning when you make the gesture to look at the time (ironically the time is on the side). Happy with the purchase, i think xeric as a company is moving in the right direction. The watches are very fairly priced, absolutely worth the money. I kept wearing Vendetta II even though i had much more expensive watches.

I like the uniqueness of the watches, but the delivery of watches and bands is extremely slow.

I liked the shipping and packaging. I also liked the watch I picked out.

I did not like the mystery watch or the return process for the mystery watch (... still waiting to hear back).

I also really do not like that these are advertised as American top quality watches but are actually made in China.

Top drawer. Beautiful made timepiece. Ticks all my boxes.

I have a love of space and horology, so the Xeric Trappist-1 automatic was a perfect purchase for me. The quartz version was one of my first real watches, and the automatic version is something I'm thrilled to have. I wish the movement had hacking, but that's about my only complaint. Beautiful watch, quick shipping — can't go wrong.

Super schöne Uhr in sehr guter Qualität. Lieferung früher wie gedacht. Sicher verpackt und die Uhr zusätzlich in Folie. Einfach zu wechselnde Bänder.
Leider nach einem Tag defekt. Der geplante Umtausch ging schief. Am Ende hatte ich einhundert Euro weniger und keine Uhr.

Bought the Apollo 15 watch a few years back and have only really had a bad experience with it. To start with after 1 year I had to send it back due to it not keeping time at all well. Now the strap has completely broken after only 1 year of total continuous use. For the price I paid (around $500 you really don't get a product which is worth this price point) I would spend your money elsewhere.
