I recently had a shipping issue with my order, and I must say that the customer service team at Xerjoff exceeded my expectations in every way.

Upon contacting them about the problem, they provided immediate and professional support. Their response was prompt, and they were genuinely concerned about resolving the issue to my satisfaction. They took the time to understand my concerns and offered a solution that put me at ease.

Not only did they address my problem efficiently, but they also ensured that my product arrived in perfect condition. The level of care and attention to detail was truly remarkable.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the Xerjoff customer service team for their outstanding assistance. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction have left me thoroughly impressed. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer because of the exceptional service I received.

Very bad customer service. I have placed multiple orders.

One order arrived in good condition.

One order is canceled without reason. This order took a week to prepare without any update. The order was suddenly canceled after we ask why it takes so long and why the payment did not accept by Xerjoff through PayPal.

One order is prepared for shipment on 28e of August but it’s still not shipped yet.

When you ask for the status of the placed order, when it take too long or something happens, they just cancel your order. They don’t try to help the customers or try to resolve the problem at all! Nobody picks up the phone or reply the e-mail or message on Whatsapp or Messenger. When you thought you have luck when the phone is picked up the next challenge is finding someone who speaks English.

Avoided to order something on this website. Try to find an authorized seller in your country and buy from them. Otherwise Xerjoff has a lot good fragrances but the service is very poor.

Update: Reached out again after response and reordered. Received the product but they didn't follow through with anything else they mentioned. Upgrading to 3 stars for average.

Placed my order, and the charge went pending. Waited 5 days and status update was never updated. I contacted them through their website but got no response. A few days later, my order was canceled.

This was not on the client side, as my credit card approved the charge and they admitted they can't find my request so are just trying to shift blame. The customer service message was read on August 3 at 10:13 a.m. CEST, but no one responded, I have the screenshot. Trying to blame the customer just shows that the business is not accountable.

It's a pity because I really like their perfumes and if they had given a real response addressing the issue I might have tried again and updated my experience.

JUST PURCHASE AND PROVIDE THEM YOUR F****NG MONEY 💰 THAT’S IT THE BIGGEST BUSINESS PLAN. HOW COME CLIENT HAVE TO BECOME THEIR DOG ON LEASH JUST TO GET A SIMPLE RETURN LABEL IN ORDER TO RETURN A PRODUCT THAT THEY DON’T WANT LIKE TWO WEEKS AGO !!!

Paid for a Sample Kit FedEx lost it. Contacted customer service - nothing happened. Money gone. If you are from Germany avoid it at all costs.

Buon pomeriggio gent. Xerjoff Costumer Service,

Vi contatto tramite mail sperando di ricevere un VS riscontro, a differenza di quando Vi contattai via WhatsApp questo lunedì.

Il giorno 27 dello scorso mese acquistai, tramite il VS shop online, un Sample Kit (Ordine n. XXX).
Il giorno 3/03/23 ricevetti un SMS da TNT che mi indicava che la spedizione che attendevo è stata consegnata al TNT Point da me scelto...
Il sottoscritto non ha mai scelto un TNT Point, ma indicato l'indirizzo della mia residenza.
Il pacco è quindi stato consegnato ad un negozio random e, nonostante abbia pagato i 5 € per la spedizione, ho comunque dovuto mandare qualcuno a ritirarlo.
Ho contattato TNT tramite il num. presente nell'SMS, mi rispose un disco che mi ha indicato che il num. in questione non è più attivo quindi cercai un nuovo num. sul loro sito.
Chiamato anche quest'ultimo, ma non sono riuscito a cavarne un ragno dal buco!
Contatto quindi il VS servizio clienti tramite WhatsApp che mi indica che è stata aperta una pratica a riguardo, ma che avrei comunque dovuto contattare IO TNT per maggiori info...
Non è certo il compito del cliente fare ciò, il mittente (VOI) ha tutti i dati necessari, il destinatario solo il num. d'ordine!
Nonostante questo disguido non mi è nemmeno stato proposto un codice sconto su un'eventuale spedizione di un eventuale prossimo ordine che avrei o meno effettuato, il minimo oserei dire.
Ad ogni modo, recuperato il collo, lo apro con bramosia e, con mia sorpresa, uno dei 4 campioni (Amabile) è difettato, allegherò video e immagini di tutto ciò che sto dichiarando, il che significa che ho buttato 5€ per nulla, e sono già 10!

Arriviamo al giorno 5/03/23 in cui ho effettuato un ennesimo ordine (n. XXX), il giorno successivo contatto di nuovo il VS servizio tramite WA come dimostra la foto in allegato, chiedo di lasciare una nota al corriere in modo che non accada di nuovo una situazione come quella dello scorso ordine, che ricevo? Silenzio stampa!

Ora, seguendo il tracking, il mio ordine sarebbe già dovuto essere consegnato nella giornata di ieri, cosa che ovviamente non è successa!
Controllando poco fa lo stato dell'ordine trovo un'ennesima sorpresa: "la spedizione verrà consegnata come da accordi presi con il destinatario"...
QUALI ACCORDI?

Sono basito e deluso da tutto questo groviglio di situazioni spiacevoli!
Mai, in 34 anni e in più di 10 anni da beauty influencer, ho avuto problemi del genere con nessuna azienda o shop online, quindi chiedo come effettuare il reso con rimborso, una volta che riceverò il pacco, se mai lo riceverò a questo punto!
Mi auguro che non dovrò pagare le spese di spedizioni, sarebbe veramente allucinante.
Detto ciò, attendo nuove.
