Es de los Broker que impactan bien al 80% y si te toca el 20% vives el infierno en los retiros mas de 3 semanas para poder lograrlo , que decir del servicio al cliente es de los peores te ponen a contrapartes novatas y sin experiencia y asi ganan tiempo, no lo recomiendo ..

Gute Auswahl an Produkten die man handeln kann. Persönliche Einführung in die Möglichkeiten von XTB. Einfaches Setzen von SL, TP und Trailing SL.

I recently opened an account expecting a reliable and professional service, but my experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful.

My account was suddenly locked without any clear explanation, and my withdrawal requests have been pending for several days. I have already submitted all requested documents multiple times, yet I keep receiving the same generic response that my case is “under review,” with no clear timeframe for resolution.

This is a flexible ISA, where I should reasonably be able to access my own funds when needed. However, I have been completely unable to withdraw my money. This has had a serious impact on me — I rely on these funds for essential expenses, and being denied access has caused financial strain, disruption to my day-to-day living, and significant stress.

Customer support has been extremely slow and ineffective. Responses take days, and when they do reply, they provide no meaningful update or solution. There is a clear lack of urgency and accountability in handling what is a time-sensitive financial matter.

From a regulatory perspective, this situation raises serious concerns. Under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) principles, firms are expected to treat customers fairly and handle requests promptly. Additionally, under the Payment Services Regulations 2017, customers should not face unnecessary delays in accessing their funds without valid and clearly communicated reasons. So far, I have not been given any proper justification for these delays.

If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will have no option but to escalate the matter further, including raising a formal complaint and referring it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and far below the standard expected from a financial services provider. I hope this is taken seriously and resolved without further delay.

Ainda estou a conhecer a plataforma XTB. Sou "principiante neste mundo". Contudo alguns dos vídeos disponibilizados, sobre as funcionalidades podem ser atualizados, no meu entender.

Nie polecam, często się zawiesza w najważniejszych momentach, ktoś włamał mi się na konto, mija kolejny dzień, trzeci, a jeszcze się nikt ze mną nie skontaktował, choć do nich wypisuję. Podczas łamania nie mogłem się dodzwonić, linia była zajęta. Należe do niemieckiego XTB, ci to już w ogóle się do mnie nie odzywają. Nie polecam.

XTB es muy buen broker. Gran variedad de productos, comisiones bajas y muy buen servicio de atención al cliente.

Saya baru pertama join di XTB ,ikut trading dengan modal kecil ,trading di XTB ternyata mudah dan tidak bohong seperti aplikasi trading yg lain, oh ya saya juga ikut investasi di ETF , Semoga investasi dan trading saya dapat keuntungan dari ETF, semoga XTB maju terus dan berkembang ,

Hace más de tres años que tengo cuenta en XTB y la verdad nunca tuve un problema que valga la pena mencionar. La plataforma anda muy bien, siempre disponible, y eso parece básico pero cualquiera que probó otros brókers sabe que no siempre es así.
Algo que valoro mucho es cómo manejan la comunicación. Los mails que mandan son útiles — documentación, info de la cuenta, novedades relevantes — y nunca se siente como spam. Eso a la larga hace una gran diferencia.
El único detalle que tuve al principio fue encontrarle la vuelta a cómo mandar fondos, porque vivo en Irlanda y la cuenta es en España. Pero una vez que lo resolví, nunca más un inconveniente.
Hoy no estoy operando activamente, pero tengo armados mis planes de inversión a largo plazo en la plataforma, y ese es uno de los puntos más fuertes: te permite armar una cartera diversificada con acciones, ETFs y bonos de forma muy clara.
En resumen, un gran servicio. Recomendado.

I had an extremely disappointing experience trying to withdraw my funds from XTB Markets. What should have been a simple and straightforward process turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal.

First, the withdrawal took far longer than promised, with little to no communication from their support team. Every time I reached out, I either received vague responses or no reply at all. It felt like they were deliberately delaying the process.

On top of that, the verification requirements kept changing. Even after submitting all requested documents, I was asked multiple times for additional information without clear explanation. This made the whole process feel unprofessional and suspicious.

A trustworthy broker should make it easy for clients to access their own money. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on how difficult it was just to withdraw funds, I would strongly advise others to think twice before using XTB Markets.

Overall, very poor service and a stressful experience. Definitely not what I expected.

To nie jest program do osób mobilnych. Aplikacja tnie, zlecenia dzisiaj wiszą od godziny - rynek idzie, XTB stoi. Nie polecam.

Tiene aspectos positivos como las bajas comisiones y la gran oferta de activos financieros, los planes de inversión.
Tienen otras cosas como una tarjeta y opciones financieras que no he usado, por lo que no puedo opinar.
Por el lado negativo es todo los años un problema con la declaración porque por algún motivo le llega información incompleta a hacienda con la compra/venta de acciones, en especifico la fecha de compra y precio de compra. Lo otro negativo es con cosas básica de la operatividad diaria como por ejemplo, en un día de alta volatilidad de pronto la app móvil deja de notificar las alertas de precio y los de soporte se comportan regular porque tardan mucho en resolver ese problema y desde ayer notifique esto mismo y ni siquiera me responden.

Muy fácil registrarse e invertir sin tener experiencia, con muchas recomendaciones y cursos disponibles, y con total transparencia

Statystycznie po 30- min oczekiwania nie można skontaktować się z infolinią,czasami czekasz godzinęi nikt nie odbiera później rozłącza.

Unfortunately I have a terrible experience with this broker.
There were tons of advertisements in Poland so I decided to choose this broker, its almost a month and half and I still don’t have a company account.
Customer service and support is terrible here so if you are deciding to open an account, I would highly recommend not to put your focus into them.

Update: They indirectly caused our company a few thousand dollars by their slow process, and stopped us from achieving our main goal of investment.

The app work perfectly!! It’s very simple to use.
