Absolutely hostile reaction from Account Manager Patrik Jenei (SK). After my question about promotion campaign - get free stock for opening xtb account, account manager sarcastically replied "Oh I understand, so you opened account just because of one free share worth of few €, OK :)" Customer communication 1/10. I was considering xtb as a profressional and trustworthy platform, not anymore. Thank you.

Misleading Intro offer - hard to get money out.

Signed up for the free share offer with a view to moving my portfolio, then once funds deposited it took two days for them to show despite being from a UK major bank. Then I was told that the offer was limited to the first 250 shares, and that no other offers were available.

I asked to close my account and withdraw funds, you then need to set up a withdrawal account which is almost impossible on the App, and only after a few days was it accepted on the web app. Withdrawal request input and still two working days and no sign of funds.

The help function is an AI bot, which after I got through to a customer agent, was told not to rely on the AI Bot as it makes mistakes. How about you don't deploy an AI agent that makes mistakes in the first place.

I'm sticking with another service which offers similarly low commission trades.

I like how everything is easily accessible and transparent, it makes using the app all the better.

Terrible brokerage, once you put your money in they will make it immensely hard to get it back out. Advertises false deals to get you to join then once you join the deal miraculously disappears. Customer support is also non-existent. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible BANK to use took me two months to try to pay money in and then get it back. The app is terrible to use you get no support and no one ever rings your back would recommend you don’t use them.

Jak można nazwać brokera którego swap jest najwyższy na rynku. Przy zainwestowałem 1000 zł swap za pięć dni wyniósł 248 zł !!!!!!!!!!! Złodzieje.

Très bonne expérience avec XTB pour mon PEA.
Réponse rapide et efficace par e-mail suite à une demande, ce qui est appréciable.
L’application smartphone est simple, claire et agréable à utiliser au quotidien. La gestion du PEA est intuitive, même pour quelqu’un qui ne veut pas passer sa vie à paramétrer des outils complexes.
Pour le moment, rien de négatif à signaler.
Seul petit point à améliorer : certaines small caps éligibles PEA, comme RIBER ou 2CRSI, ne sont pas encore disponibles. Mais la grande majorité des valeurs importantes est bien présente.
Un IBAN français serait également un vrai plus pour simplifier encore certains usages et rassurer certains utilisateurs, même si cela reste tout à fait gérable au quotidien dans l’état actuel.
Je recommande XTB pour un usage PEA simple et efficace. Et très compétitif.

Ni os acerqueis. La plataforma te quita sin avisar stops de venta. La plataforma web no carga tus valores.
Me he quejado más de 5 veces y las 5 me han dicho que lo mirarian y no han hecho nada.
Te borran ellos mismos los chats que has tenido con agentes en el pasado. No te escuchan, no te atienden. De lo peor que me he encontrado. Me he quedado al descubierto varias veces sin yo darme cuenta y sin que ellos me avisen.
Para corregir mis problemas con los valores me dijeron de borrar cache y cookies y nada, tube que instalarme la app en el mobil para poder ver mis valores y adivinad que, una orden de venta que tenía para cubrir mi posición se canceló sola.

XTB ha respondido a mi anterior reseña pidiéndome que vuelva a escribir al mismo correo (support@...) al que llevo escribiendo más de un mes. Es una respuesta automática que no soluciona el problema.

1. Ya he escrito en varias ocasiones.

2. Ya he llamado por teléfono varias veces.

3. El departamento de soporte ya ha confirmado que tiene todos mis correos.

¿Qué "comprobaciones adicionales" necesitan para un informe fiscal que debería estar disponible automáticamente? Como excliente, mi único canal es el soporte que ustedes no están gestionando.

No necesito que me inviten a escribirles otra vez; necesito el documento en mi bandeja de entrada ya mismo. Si de verdad quieren ayudar, localicen mis solicitudes (están bajo mi DNI y mi email de excliente) y envíen el informe fiscal de 2025 de inmediato.

Si mañana sigo sin el documento, el siguiente paso será la reclamación ante la CNMV. Dejen de dar respuestas de plantilla y cumplan con su obligación legal.

Foi tudo muito intuitivo e fácil de fazer , desde a criação da conta ate ao 1º depósito a opção de conta demo deu uma grande ajuda e a app esta bem concebida, muito facil

UK experience - Withdrawal blocked and funds held - BE CAREFUL. My matter is not yet resolved as of 05/05/2026.

I discourage you from depositing large amount of money on this platform, or money that you might need shortly.

Be careful about the Anti Money Laundering and Due Diligence checks carried out by this company.

In March, due to the interest rates going down, I decided to move my savings from my main saving account with Ulster Bank to several investment platforms, XTB among these.

I transferred my savings from my Ulster Bank saving account to my Revolut account and then, from there, to several investment platforms (XTB, Trading212, IB, etc...). Some of the funds have been converted to EUR and then deposited on those platforms in EUR.
The total savings I had to transfer was well over GBP 500,000.
I have deposited about EUR 180,000 on XTB which rightly triggered their AML and Due Diligence checks. So far nothing out of the ordinary.

What it is really worrying is that XTB is now withholding my funds and asking for documentations which is completely not relevant to the EUR 180,000 which I transferred to the platform. Out of more than GBP 500,000 of savings (of which only EUR 180,000 transferred to the platform), they have queried a couple of transactions of just a couple thousands of GBP, those transactions are payment from my property company.
I have duly provided the bank statements of my property company which receives rents.
Then they asked for the rental agreements related to some of the rental payments received and yet they have not released the funds.
Mind that the property company is a third party related to me so their due diligence should have stopped with my persona. Besides this, it could be clearly seen that the amounts transferred to XTB had been on my saving account for months and months and months.

I am very shocked by the poor service received and will take this further with the Ombudsman to claim for loss of interests and damages.

I will update as the matter is ongoing.

UPDATE:

The funds have finally been released on 08/05/2026 after another round of unnecessary questions and chasing of their customer service team several times.

Overall I would not recommend them because of this exaggerated and unnecessary due diligence which could cause you to have your funds blocked for a long time.

I am now claiming for:

- EUR 557.89 which is equivalent to 14 days of Interest at 8% p.a. on my withdrawal of EUR 181,812.32 submitted on 24/04/2026 and executed on 08/05/2026.
- Compensation of EUR 1,115.78 which is equivalent to 28 days of interest at 8% on my withdrawal of EUR 181,812.32 submitted on 24/04/2026 and executed on 08/05/2026. I am requesting this sum because the delay in processing the withdrawal caused me to abort a very important transaction on 08/05/2026. This transaction will be carried out on 05/06/2026.

The total request is EUR 1,673.67

Investment platform which is very easy to get started and use. Customer care is nice, and their fees are relatively low for starters.

„CFD są instrumentami OTC, a ich cena może różnić się od ceny instrumentu bazowego.”
To jedno zdanie daje im pełną swobodę:
zmiany spreadów,
zmiany modelu wyceny,
przesuwania ceny,
opóźnień,
różnic 100–200 punktów,
innych knotów,
innych świec.
I to jest legalne.

Dlatego nie muszą Cię informować o tym, że ich wykresy i cena instrumentów to syntetyk.

Ich habe versucht bei XTB Anfang April ein Konto zu eröffnen.

Nach der Eingabe meiner Daten (Name, Geburtsdatum, Adresse,usw)
folgte der nächste Schritt, die ID‑Verifizierung
nur gab es ein Problem mit dem nicht funktionierenden Server
Ich habe bis zum 30.4. öfters versucht, die Verifizierung
abzuschließen, was nicht funktionierte, da die Funktion "vorübergehend" (fast 3 Wochen) nicht zur Verfügung steht.
Am 30.4. ging es dann doch plötzlich
nach erfolgreicher ID- und Bankkontoverifizierung
hieß es dann, dass ich nach "erneuter" Prüfung per E-Mail informiert werde.
Wie lange darf ich jetzt wieder warten?

XTB wirbt mit einer Kontoeröffnung.
Schließe den Vorgang innerhalb von 15 Minuten ohne unnötige Formalitäten ab.
Was klar gelogen ist.
Falsches werbe versprechen.
Dazu kommt noch, dass man eine Gratisaktie hätte bekommen können bei einer Kontoeröffnung + Teilnahmebedingung, was faktisch für mich unmöglich war zu erfüllen, da XTB mich aktiv daran hindert, diese zu erfüllen.

Nun habe ich ein vollständig verifiziertes Konto, das „nicht“ verifiziert und nutzbar ist.
Die Aktie bekomme ich auch nicht mehr.
Meine Einzahlung wird im Portfolio auch nicht angezeigt.


PS: Eine Bekannte, die fast zeitgleich auch versucht hat, ein Konto zu eröffnen, scheiterte an dem nicht funktionierenden SMS-Server. Sie bekommt einfach keine SMS zur Bestätigung.

Avoid at all costs. Web site does not work and app is worse. Slow customer service responses and enable to resolve any issues.
