When you sign up it says a few share in this or that etc. What it doesn't clearly say is there is a limit of signups and so you might sign up and never receive the offer.

Customer support in the app is very poor and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who thinks they may end up contacting support for any reason. I tried contacting support before depositing and after depositing. The first message I sent, I wanted to clarify what documents would be needed to apply for an account. I was able to deposit right away through the app, but wanted to check if any documents from me would be needed later as most of mine are out of date. I got no reply back in the chat. A day later or two I got an email response to my query telling me where I could find the option to add documents in the app and where to link a bank account. Stupidly, I went ahead and deposited because they hadn't highlighted documents were required at that stage and nothing in the account opening process mentions it.

Today, I try to withdraw some money, and the app tells me I need to upload ID documents before I can. This time I do get a response in the chat rather than ignored completely, but it's one brief clarifying question after what I say, then a template message saying they've referred me to another team I have to wait 24 hours for, probably the same one that missed the point of my question last time around.

I didn't put a lot of money in, the cost of renewing passport etc is significant amount compared to the pennies I put in. Would have much preferred any mention at any point that I'd need to provide documents to take money out after I put money in.

I'm obviously at some fault here not having proper documents ready and not being thorough enough before depositing, but it's almost predatory to have such poor support, and no mention of any documentation right up until the point you want to take your money out.

I also want to mention that replies from support chat team in Polish are visible in screen before you enter support chat, so possibly there is some kind of MTL/AI translation issue at play here in terms of quality of response to queries which doesn't help.

Still waiting for a response but very unhappy with experience and will be closing account.

Aplikacja mobilna jest z poprzedniej epoki. Dzisiaj (09.03.2026r) aplikacja nie pobiera danych o moich oszczędnościach. Wydarzylo się to wprawdzie po raz pierwszy odkąd z niej korzystam, ale brak dostepu do pieniędzy klienta w bardziej poważnych instytucjach (czy normalniej dzialajacych fintechach) byłby P0. Tutaj 10min czekałem na polaczenie z konsultantem, raczył mnie bon motami - pewnie nie ma Pan dostepu do sieci telefonicznej (wtf w centrum największego PL miast??). Przyjęli w końcu zgłoszenie. Po tej sytuacji powaznie zadtanawiam sie nad wypłatą swoich pieniędzy i zmianą konta maklerskiego

Wszystko przebiegło byskawicznie tak jak powinno być !

Méfiez vous de XTB Non seulement des escrocs se font passer pour eux et arnaques pour des sommes importantes un nombre extrêmement important de personnes mais il est important de savoir que les véritables personnels de XTB ne cautionnant pas bien sûr ces agissements ne font absolument rien quand vous leur exposer ces situations pour vous aider en quoi que ce soit. Ils ont même le toupet sachant que vous avez été arnaqués de vous proposer leurs produits de placement. C'est tout de même incroyable. Quoi que vous subissiez ils s'en moquent et leur attitude prouve bien que vous êtes considéré comme un quelconque numéro. Bien entendu cela fait réfléchir. Pour ma part ce n'est pas avec eux que je travaillerai le manque de confiance s'est bien évidemment imposé. A vous d'y réfléchir en toute connaissance de cause..

Despite good interests I am disappointed by XTB

First after two weeks and chasing I have just received the requests to provide bank statements
My first transfer took almost a month before being interest bearing
Second, very limited choices of funds or ETF
Would no recommend

Bin jetzt ein paar Monate dabei und sehr zufrieden... Geld ein- und auszahlen klappt wunderbar und schnell.... Plattform ist stabil und der Kundenservice reagiert sehr schnell

Kiedys wydawal mi sie liderem. Fajna aplikacja, dobre spready. Niestety zachlannosc wygrala. Spready sa kosmiczne, szczegolnie na NATGAS. raz 15 pix raz 40 pix.... zaden inny broker nie robi takich akcji... BARDZO sie zawiodlem.

sehr schlecht. glaub mir einfach. kein support. das geld kommt einfach nicht auf deinem konto obwohl es da sein müsste. anrufen bringt rein nichts. du hast kein support

Sou novo neste mundo dos investimentos. Estou a gostar de toda a informação disponibilizada pela XTB, o que nos permite investir de forma consciente. Aplicação com muita informação mas fácil de utilizar e compreender. Ponto muito positivo é a assistência por telefone que foi muito simpática e prestável quando recorri.

Sehr gut zum üben von trades.
Ich bin insgesamt zufrieden.
Für langfristige Investitionen reicht auch die App.
Wer daytraden will sollte vielleicht doch an den PC gehen .

Service client basé en Afrique ?... Un interlocuteur oralement incompréhensible, qui ne comprend rien, et qui n' apporte aucune réponse, et en plus très désagréable. ( Gigy ??? ) .

Estava a experimentar na XTB os futuros. Então coloquei posição em VIX para abrir Venda a 20.36 com SL = 20.44 .
No entanto, abriu posição a 19.95, e fechou a 20.32 .

Perdi dinheiro quando poderia estar a ganhar. Isto não me está a aparecer muito fidedigno.

Depois voltei a tentar colocar outra posição, mas nem sequer entrou.

Tentei entrar com o suporte, mas eles não me souberam responder, dizendo:

"Lamentamos, mas neste momento não podemos resolver o seu caso. Iremos encaminhá-lo para a equipa de atendimento do seu país, que possui as ferramentas técnicas adequadas e responderá durante o dia seguinte.

Agradecemos a sua compreensão!"

Tentei entrar em contacto por telefone, mas ninguém atende.

Tenho prints disto tudo guardado.

Em relação a investimento de ações para médio-longo prazo, não tenho nada a dizer. Parece-me normal. Mas, deixou-me recioso.

Completamente novato, esta plataforma foi-me aconselhada, e logo recebi sugestões para um pequeno projeto. O layout é visualmente apelativo e parece funcionar bem.

Don’t waste your time! Poor customer service and impossible to deal with. I signed up after seeing an advert on the tube in London. I have since provided ID documents, proof of address, marriage certificate and now they want bank statements. It’s far beyond what’s reasonable to create an account. I just want to cancel. They’re refusing to close my account and refund me. Avoid them!

A peine une semaine après l'ouverture de mon compte et après plusieurs dépots, on bloque mes comptes et ma carte en me disant que celle-ci n'est pas conforme alors qu'elle l'était pour les dépots. Update au 1er mars : le problème a été résolu.
