Fantastic platform! It has all that I need when it comes to investing and CFD trading. Some of their spreads aren’t too bad on some markets

Muy decepcionante a la hora de retiro.
Trabaje un buen tiempo con ellos hice varios depósitos y todo bien la atención.
El problema llega a la hora de hacer retiros. Comencé con 101 dólares para que no me cobren los 30 dólares de comisión. Y solo me llegó 27 dólares. Le pregunté que dónde estaban los demás y no me solucionaron, simplemente me dijieron que es comisión de otros bancos y todo el rollo. Apesar que yo ya había leído todos las comisiones cuando haces un retiro
Es el peor broker que eh trabajado. Decepcionante

Je ne comprend pas pourquoi les pips n'ont pas la même valeur quand je buy est que le marcher monte d'un pips dison pour l'exemple je vais faire 2 centime alors que le cours chute de 1 pips je vais être en perte de 6 centime. Je trouve ça étrange. J'ai des énormes difficultés à retirer mes fonds malgré une "simplicité" explicite selon eux... sur les tuto tous ce passe bien bizarrement...mai une page d'erreur s'ouvre impossible de rajouter une banque .... ça fait 2 heure que je suis après j'ai fortement envie de crier au scam

Enfin un brokeur de qualité avec un vrai service de qualité support par chat et téléphone. Vous avez même un contact attribué qui vous appelle pour se présenter, très pro.
L'interface de trading n'est pas tradingview mais très proche pour retrouver ses habitudes et les frais sont vraiment de 0€ pour les trades en euros sinon 0.5% pour les dollars mais il suffit de se créer un sous compte en devise et tout cela sans spread délirants.
Pour toutes ses qualités, je déménage de la concurrence.

Bei der Auszahlung meines Geldes hatte ich sehr großen Ärger und Stress. Mein Geld wurde einfach eingefroren. Ich musste mehrfach den Nachweis meiner Geldmittel darlegen. Immer wieder wollte XTB was anderes. Mal Antrag ausfüllen, mal einen Kontoauszug, dann einen Vorvertrag, dann einen Notarvertag.. Fotos wurden nicht akzeptiert, nur in PDF Form... Aus meiner Sicht eine Masche und grenzt an Betrug oder Diebstahl.. Über Monate war mein Geld weg. Ich musste sogar einen Rechtsanwalt für Bankrecht einschalten. Nie mehr!!!! Ich kann nur alle Kunden waren...

Weryfikacja konta trwała 2 dni w następnym tygodniu musiałem wysyłać potwierdzenia wpłat i zablokowali konto, na szczęście to trwało max godzine. Opłaty są bardzo konkurencyjne (jedynie cfd ma duży spread) portfel wielowalutowy również bardzo konkurencyjny, Front-end najlepszy z całej branży.

Bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden das schlimmste ist das man nicht mal seinen Account selbst löschen kann obwohl kein Geld auf dem Account ist. In Deutschland gilt das Gesetzt wenn man sich online anmelden kann muss man als Kunden auch online direkt kündigen können also den Account löschen lassen. Das geht hier aber nicht man muss eine Email schreiben und eine Antwort habe ich auch nicht erhalten. Gerade in diesem Bereich ist das Vertrauen sehr wichtig.

Really poor experience with customer services here in the UK. I transferred money to my trading account via bank transfer, and whilst the money left my current account, it did not appear in my trading account for many days. I phoned for advice (I appreciate having a direct line with an account manager, hence not one star) and they advised there was a slight discrepancy in my account holder and bank account name, therefore did not transfer the funds. They never contacted me to inform me or to give me advice on how to reconcile this. After reaching-out myself and immediately sending the requested proof of ID, they still failed to transfer the funds. This lead to a delay of more than a week, and by then particular stocks I had my eye on had fluctuated against my favor. I phoned today and they put me on hold, then as if by magic the funds appeared; suspicious of inefficient/poorly organised troubleshooting that lead to anxiety on my side.

Uso a aplicação muito tempo e sempre era bom, mas ultimamente notei que a função de stop loss/take profit na Aplicação não funciona!

Rien à redire hormis qu'une interface plus lisible serait sans doute possible. La communication en ligne avec un humain est rapide et d'un accès clair.

Tenho esta corretora há pouco tempo, sou principiante e não entendo nada de investimentos. A minha primeira impressão é de que funciona bem, pois tenho tido respostas rápidas às minhas dúvidas. Além disso há muitos vídeos didáticos que podem ajudar, se bem que deviam haver mais dirigidos a pessoas que (como eu) não estão familiarizadas com certos "termos" financeiros. Enfim, no geral estou satisfeita!

They're playing with lots and not responding. They opened trades for me and I lost, and when I contacted them back, they never respond at all.

Je viens d’ouvrir un compte chez XTB et je dois constater que tout s’est bien passé, les interlocuteurs techniques et commerciaux ont été réactifs et disponibles. Tout me semble clair.
À voir maintenant pour les placements, je conseille de se former via différents supports.

I've using this platform for a month or so, the website is not without its quirks but is great. What surprised me was a call from one of their agents, after I registered, asking me if I needed anything, he even spoke italian.
One day I had a tech issue, sent him an e-mail, and he called back within 10 minutes. I don't know what's going on with the blocked reviews, but from me, XTB is highly recommended.

Mnostwo korzystnych zleceń rynkowych nie zostało otworzonych, mimo wiekrotnej próby wiec wybiórczo sobie realizują zlecenia albo nie da się ich zamknąć (mam nagrania ekranu). Inne w podobnych warunkach były otwierane bez problemu – akurat te zyskowne nie.
Utrudnianie składania reklamacji bo pisza ze chcą logi czy nagranaie ale ja składałem kilka reklamacji i nie piszą jakiej to dotyczy i proces sie przeciaga o tygodnie i to nie jedyne utrudnienie np anulowanie reklamacji bez podania przyczyny i bez odpowiedzi
Spready skaczą mocno (nawet kilkadziesiąt razy) w trakcie pozycji, na moją niekorzyść isa tak trzymane az kurs sie zmieni – broker tłumaczy płynnością, ale jako market maker mają kontrolę.
Problemy techniczne z zamykaniem pozycji, support odrzuca reklamacje bez rekompensaty nawet jak sie wysyła nagrania że pozycje nie chciały się zamknąć jak wspominałem
