Booking is easy and agent is very helpful and informative. The only reason I am giving a four star is they made me filled up my information through multiple emails instead of just sending one email. It is a pain to keep receiving emails asking you information that should have been done all at once.

Dear Antonia,
Thank you for the kind words and for taking the time to share this feedback. We are glad the booking process and our team delivered on the important things. Your comments on the email process are genuinely appreciated and have been noted.

I did not like that they were pushing VERY hard for me to give them my passport number, They do not need it and neither does the airline. Only customs needs it and to show it before you board the plane. I got this from them "This information is essential for updating your booking with the airline and for any additional services you may have reserved with us, such as trains, excursions, or other activities." This is untrue and they do not need passport info for trains excursions and activities. DO NOT give them personal info.
Yes Getaways ããã®åç
Dear Colin,
Thank you for sharing your concerns. We completely understand that sharing personal information requires trust, and we respect that.
Passport information is a standard airline requirement under Advance Passenger Information (API) regulations. Governments mandate that airlines transmit passenger data before departure for security screening and border control. This also confirms that travelers are authorized to enter their destination, helping airlines avoid heavy fines for transporting undocumented passengers. This is an industry-wide requirement and not specific to how we operate.
We hope this provides some reassurance and remain available should you have any further questions.
Kindest regards,
Yes Getaways Team
What ease in booking a trip! Professional, and knowledgeable! Answered all my questions even though some might have seemed silly. Didnât rush me into a decision. Followed up after booking to make sure all questions were Andy. Highly recommend!

Yes Getaways offers a great variety of trip options with prices that can't be beat! I love that many trips are paired with a car rental. I appreciate that they have options to upgrade your hotel, if you want something different. Pricing is transparent. Overall is it always (we've booked several trips over the years) a great experience!
