Customized dream trip to Italy for great price
Agent Luisa from Yesgetaways.com was so helpful and promptly customized a dream trip for my husband and I as requested, traveling around Italy, for a very reasonable price. Booking with a real person was superior to any online experience .
Ruben was superior as the agent who walked us through every detail of our booking.

Yes Getaways is a Lying and Dishonest Travel Agency!
Yes Getaways presented themselves as an all-inclusive travel agency that will take care of everything for us (hotels and bed & breakfasts, round trip airline tickets, and rental car). They also told us that if we should have to cancel or even reschedule we would get a FULL REFUND so that we could re-book the trip later when we are able.
We actually did have to reschedule our trip because we wanted to extend our vacation another week and we wanted to leave and return on a Tuesday instead of a Saturday. Yes Getaways LIED to us and refused to refund our money, and now we are out $1,980.00 in airline fares. Yes Getaways booked the airline tickets and never told us they booked it with Turkish airlines and they absolutely NEVER give refunds! Well, what do you expect from Turks!?
The main issue is that Yes Getaways was the sole contracting travel agency and they LIE about any kind of refunds, so be careful!
Yes Getaways is a dishonest Travel Agency!!

First trip to Italy!
Rodrigo made our experience very easy and not stressful. He had answers to our questions and I'd he didn't he would find out for us. He seemed very knowledgeable about the area we were going to visit.
The company put together a lively package that did what we wanted to do.

Would definitely use again
The coordination with the company is easy and the travel coordinators are very responsive to questions. The flights were great and the hotels were awesome. Even when we were at our destination yesgetaways.com were still involved and responsive.
