Yes Getaways- great company for booking process
Yes Getaways is great to work with. They also tried to make the small details work for us. Even after the trip was organized and we requested a 1 day change from Malaga to Granada they made it work with no further costs. Very efficient & co-operative staff. Love working with them. Claudia was excellent person to work with.

FLIGHT CHANGES....UNACCEPTABLE
Our initial conact with Ruben was a great experience. However, a day after we agreed to the 7 day Sicilian adventure, we received notification from Turkish Air that two of the flights had been changed and essentially reducing our time in Sicily to 5 days and stranding us in Turkey for a day each way....totally unacceptable. We reached out to Yes via email and phone several times but have received NO response. Our first request for assistance was October 1, 2026.
Please advise.

Excellent Experience with Yesgetaways.com
My partner and I are having a great experience with yesgetaways. Ruben Machado is an excellent agent, knowledgeable , resourceful, smart. He has been very accommodating and extremely helpful and honest every step of the trip process. Currently he is advising us on trip excursions. He is also very personable, and has a great sense of humor.

The operator was polite and efficient
The operator was polite and efficient. However, she told us no changes were possible to better seats on the flights, but that wasn’t correct. When I logged into the airlines, several upgrades were possible.

10/10 Eurotrip!
Really well organized trip. Like the ability to change your hotel for a nominal price adjustment to be in the area of the city that you want, but all hotels were great. It was awesome to not think about booking all these things separately - flight, hotel, transport, trains. Team was VERY fast to respond via Whatsapp for any questions, sent reminders to check in for flights, wonderful support experience.

Customized dream trip to Italy for great price
Agent Luisa from Yesgetaways.com was so helpful and promptly customized a dream trip for my husband and I as requested, traveling around Italy, for a very reasonable price. Booking with a real person was superior to any online experience .
Ruben was superior as the agent who walked us through every detail of our booking.

Mario from Yes Getaways really came through for us
Mario from Yes Getaways really came through for us. Our river cruise had been cancelled due to low water levels, and we were stuck in Romania. We tried to find something else to do with our time but all other tour agencies were either totally booked or were so expensive as to be out of our reach. We emailed Yes Getaways who we have used many times before with great results and their agent Mario reassured us he could help. He offered different options. We chose Croatia and he was able to get us flights hotels and a rental car all at a very reasonable price for the 4 of us with very short notice. Mario and Yes Getaways deserve a medal. Thank you so much
