Customer service has been okay but my beef is that Yea Getaways chanrged more for a checked bag than if I booked it though the airline directly. Something Iâm now aware of if I ever book with Yea Getaways again.
1) Excellent travel packages, fair pricing, and activities and experiences for all interests
2) The absolute best in customer service. You have a question? You'll receive the support and response to solve any problem or need almost immediately. It appears that the travel advisors genuinely enjoy their work, and it comes through in exceptional customer relations.
