Great product; my wife and I have 'problem' toe nails! A quality item at a great price. I didn't actually order the case, at £2.75, but it's worth having!

Helpful help desk

My first purchase of YNR was via amazon and I received a faulty product which I returned. I communicated with YNR help desk and their attitude encouraged me to order direct from YNR. I received a very useable item and am happy with the purchase.

Multiple orders cancelled

Ordered from the website, it went through okay, then a day later I got an email saying the item was out of stock. I then ordered something something different a few days later and the exact same thing happened. I emailed to say this was frustrating and they never replied. At least they did refund me.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We understand how frustrating it is to place an order successfully only to be informed later that the item is out of stock, especially when it happens more than once.

This situation is not reflective of the service we aim to provide. We have recently been updating our inventory system, and unfortunately, this has caused delays in stock accuracy and response times. We apologise that your email was not replied to promptly. That’s not the level of communication we want for our customers.

We’re glad your refunds were processed correctly, but we completely understand your disappointment. Please rest assured, we are working to prevent this from happening again.

The price was why I brought this


The price was why I brought this product. It was despatched quickly but took longer than estimated to arrive by a few days. It's instructions for use are simple enough to follow & it's relatively comfortable to wear once moulded although this process is not precise.
