Arrived a couple of days after ordering and using Royal Mail

I've couldn't bought some specific product on Amazon, twice undelivered but refunded so I've try this Website. Ordered and quickly delivered. Looking there for another order.

You took my order and money, confirmed my delivery then immediately cancelled that same order , my refund although confirmed has yet to hit my bank.I sincerely hope this wasn't due to my location as as U.K delivery was promised and this would smell a little like discrimination.

Quick delivery. I ordered 30 otoscope disposable ear pieces, but was sent 29, by mistake. When I emailed them about the missing one, they responded really quickly and sent 10! Can't fault their service. Would highly recommend.

When I received my order,the envelope was already open and the only thing that was in it was the invoice.On contacting YNPR Instruments,they resent my order straight away,in more robust packaging and I received it the next day.

Your website is misleading by showing photos of whole sets of instruments, fooling people into believing that one is buying the entire group. When the drop box asks you to choose the syringe size, it needs to be clarified that when you click that box, you are only buying the syringe, and not as I thought, clicking on the syringe size you want within the set.

Good low cost otoscope. Otoscope connector failed quickly, but replacement was fine.
