If I could give no stars I would!
If I could give no stars I would. Dress advertised at £95.95, 50% off the original price. Dress arrived late, bared little resemblance to the picture on webiste, such poor quality material and and very poorly made. I ordered an XS but the dress swamped me and was more like a Large. The label was cut out inside and a black (the dress was pale pink) XS label had been sewn in in its place. It is clearly a very poor copy of a dress, I requested a refund and was told I had to pay the return fee to China which was £29, the same cost as I have now seen the dress advertised on other websites! The dress is now stuck in customs in China so I am £124.95 worse off with no dress and a lot of upset, frustration and wasted time. Please don't ever use York Fashion!!!
The review response below from York Fashion is anything but sincere and is the same email everyone who has written a negative review has received. I have sent many emails to their support email but have got nowhere other than more wasted time. The whole thing is a con!

I am giving one star as there isn’t an option to give 0. Do not order from this company! They advertise their products as ‘linen’ when the dress I ordered was actually 95% polyester and 5% spandex. When trying to return the shoddy and badly sized items I ordered, I was devastated to find out that there was going to be a huge cost to me, with absolutely no guarantees of a refund. If I had known what I know now about the terrible quality of the items, I would never have bought from here. The clothes are all from China, and the same quality as a temu item - but with a UK high street price tag. Awful customer service where they did not answer the phone and reply emails were copy and pasted.

Do not buy from this company
Wish I'd read the reviews as I wouldn't have ordered. I thought the company was based in the UK. The dress I ordered was very poor quality and the sizing was wrong. The returns policy isn't clear strapline says 30 day returns but you have to post back to China at your expense and then charged a handling charge or keep the dress and a refund of 1.5% which is an insult.

Dress bears no resemblance to the photograph. Material cheap. Ordered on the 18/7/26 delivered on the 05/08/26.
All products from China and really expensive for poor quality.

Don't be fooled
Don't be fooled. Despite the British-sounding name and the UK phone number, this firm is based in Asia. The 'Returns' page on their website does warn that returns will attract a 15% 'restocking charge' and that postage will be at the customer's expense but doesn't mention that the postage will be to China! I bought a shirt dress which turned out to be too small. I emailed the address given giving my reason for the return and eventually received a reply asking why I wanted to return the item. I explained again and was sent a pdf of a returns form - which again asked the reason for the return and made it clear that any refund would be entirely at their discretion after they had received the returned goods and that I must pay all carriage and customs fees. Alternatively, I could just accept a 10% 'goodwill' refund and "pass the item to a friend or relative who might get some use out of it". I suspect that postage, customs fees and restocking charge would leave me with about 10% of the price anyway.

Disgraceful . Do not order
Disgraceful service, I would not order from them under any circumstance . I feel like it is almost a con .
The clothes show , bad workmanship and poor quality material .
The company is uk based but because clothes are made in china you have to return to china at your own cost and an extra 15% added on for handling fees .
When you complain they offer you 10% off to keep order.
The only reason I ordered from them was because I thought they were Uk based.
The parcel has a London address “sent by “ on it

I wish I had read the reviews
Reading other reviews it looks like I have been conned out of £33 for a awfull cheap shoddy dress that you can buy on Amazon for £19.99. (They use exactly the same picture) I have not yet checked out how much this will cost in postage, but everything I read suggests a lot more costs, so I will not be getting my money back, just adding more to the bill for an already expensive piece of tat!!
Supposed to be a mother and daughter company which appears to be based in UK, not CHINA.
Buyer Beware unless of course you like tatty stuff

Please - please do not waste your time and money ordering from this company. They are fraudsters.
My wife ordered a dress advertised as cotton. When it arrived it was nothing like the advertised photograph and was made of polyester, as supported by the tag inside. This was the first (and last) time she had ever ordered a dress on the internet.
She complained and was told she could return it for a refund BUT it had to be returned to China (despite having a London address) at HER expense. We closely followed their instructions and posted it, at considerable cost. After many emails chasing up the refund the company said the parcel was being held by Chinese customs. It was released, according to Royal Mail, two months later and is being returned to sender but we have never seen it. From the emails it is clear this is a fraud and their goods are very poor and they have absolutely no intention of refunding.

I placed the order without expecting anything special but the whole process was smoother than most online purchases I’ve made. The tracking stayed clear the package arrived safely and nothing felt messy or delayed.
