I’ve had a truly excellent experience using this your rental platform. Booking through the app has been smooth and reliable every time — it’s honestly been an amazing experience from both sides, as a host and a guest.

The agents are extremely professional and responsive. Their assistance has made everything easier and more efficient, whether I was hosting or staying at other properties outside of Oslo. The platform itself is user-friendly and well-designed, helping to create a seamless experience.

I genuinely appreciate the level of service and support provided. Thank you for making the rental process so smooth and enjoyable for both hosts and guests.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Your.Rentals! Besonders möchte ich mich bei Matteo bedanken, der mich bei der Kontoumstellung schnell und kompetent unterstützt hat. Auch der Begrüßungs-Videocall mit einer klaren Übersicht war sehr hilfreich. Der Einstieg in die Plattform war dadurch einfach und angenehm. Vielen Dank!

A Legit company

Your.Rentals contacted me today; and spent 45 mins on the phone, assuring me that they would help me in every way possible. Maria was a very patient employee and I am looking forward to a fruitful continuation.

Will keep you posted towards the developments.

I received an apology and reason why my emails were not answered and they have given me tel. numbers to reach them when necessary, and hot line emails which would be answered much quicker.

Incapaci di relazionarsi col cliente, affittano su booking.com i vostri immobili, quindi lo può fare chiunque, hanno dei tempi di risposta lentissimi e un solo italian speaker..anzi..forse solo una telefoniata che si arrangia se parli piano...

100% satisfied with resolution

I reached out to VRBO due to an issue with a rental; I had not stayed at the rental at all and stayed at another location where I felt safer and more comfortable. Since the owner/host was not responsive, I decided to reach out directly to VRBO before contacting my bank or a legal representative. Nerea Vu responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and within a week had resolved the issue to my satisfaction. The resolution shows that the company and its representatives are concerned with clients' experience and are willing to listen.

double booked, still waiting for refund and compensation

Booked a rental for 1 night on booking.com and it was double booked, someone was already there when we arrived. Called the company and they gave me the owners number who was completely useless and basically said it wasnt his problem because on his site there was only one booking which was not ours, we had to get a hotel that wad almost double the price so I am still waiting on a refund for the original rental and compensation for our hotel and travel as we had to get taxis to the property and then back after we found out it had been double booked, caused an unreal amount of stress, and especially travelling with two disabled people and almost missing the reason we needed the rental in the first place!!

PLEASE AVOID

They kept the property on booking.com and Air B&B after I booked it and dramatically increased the price. After a few weeks I see that they cancelled my reservation saying it is no longer available (I assume that means that they found another customer who paid more, but I cannot confirm that). This has meant that prices has increased on other accommodation and has caused me to lose money. I had to send them 5 emails about this matter (and booking.com called them) before they responded and then a week later decided to cancel. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am sorry to hear about your experience Will. Sometimes, very rarely our clients properties end up with the wrong price on the sales channels. I believe that was what happened in your case which explains that you later found the listing at a higher price. Unfortunately these things happen and it is up to our clients to then honour or cancel the booking.

I hope that you manage to find alternative accommodation.
