Absolutely fantastic, clean and spacious place, location walking distance of all major sites!

We stayed in Sherperd Bush.
Location is good.
Check in was easy, instruction is clear.
You have everything in the apartment. It’s a cosy apartment.

Dirty on arrival, hairs on the apartment floor and all in the bathroom. Walls needed painting, sink was dirty and then they had the cheek to blame me for it when I left and took my deposit.

The apartment was easy to find thanks to the clear instructions for check-in. It was immaculate, everything we needed was there, and all the important things were comfortable and thoughtfully organised. The only thing that didn't work was the wifi code we were given, and the sofa is a bit uncomfortable to sit on (sofabeds often are). The location is great, so central, and anyone we spoke to was friendly. Would definitely recommend. We stayed two nights, but would have happily stayed there for longer. Even earplugs were provided, as it's on a very busy road and there is noise from the upstairs flat, too. Expected in such a built up area. Don't forget your teabags!

I’ve stayed at Your Apartment in Kensington a few times now and keep going back because of its value, comfort, and location. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the beds are really comfortable, and everything feels clean and well maintained. The bathroom and shower are also great. The rooms with kitchenettes are ideal for slightly longer stays, with the cooking appliances adequate for simple meals.

Easy to check in and out. Staff were super responsive and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great as well.

Excellent stay at Pembroke house. Faultless booking and check in process. The 1 bed apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped for all of my needs. Location was also ideal. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Bristol :)

These apartments are my choice of accommodation when I visit friends in Bristol . The location , cleanliness and the quality of the accommodation is excellent . Checking in is easy and if you do need to speak to a member of staff they are helpful , friendly and very professional , I can’t fault the place

Arrived at the Clifton Apartment in Bristol on Thursday 29th January 2026 for a 3 night stay. What I walked into was completely unacceptable for any guest, let alone someone travelling for business.
A few hours before arrival, I received a text informing me of “ongoing refurbishments.” What I wasn’t told was that apartments 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 on the same floor were being fully revamped, with paint fumes whilst I was placed in Apartment 9. The last one, that clearly they were making money from.
Despite paying £85 per night, the condition of the apartment was poor. I raised a formal complaint on Thursday (day of arrival) and again on Friday, yet nothing was addressed. It is now 4th February, and it is very much like “out of sight, out of mind.”
Below is just a snapshot of what I found, supported by photos and video evidence:
• Parking: Space for only 3 cars (4 at a push), despite being advertised otherwise.
• Water temperature: Only tepid water from both the shower and taps; I was unable to shower unless I wanted cold water.
• Fumes: Strong smell of paint mixed with a long-standing grease odour.
• Extractor hood: Filter thick with grease, clearly not changed in a very long time.
• Microwave: Rusted inside (top and bottom), completely unusable.
• Cleanliness: Stains on walls, kitchen units, and even on the bedding.
• Bathroom: Standing water on the floor on arrival.
• Furnishings: Old, worn, and tatty throughout.
• Ironing board: Broken, ripped, and badly marked
• General condition: The apartment was nowhere near the standard advertised or expected.
The only things that worked properly were the TV and the heating.
This stay was booked for a business trip, and the conditions were far below acceptable standards. I raised concerns immediately, yet nothing was rectified during my stay and to this day.

The beds were very comfy and the apartment was well equipped for a short stay. It was in an excellent location for Clifton and Bristol centre.

Your hotel has every thing you needed. The kitchen is well equipped, washing machine in the building, the bed is good and the apartment is a good size, basically can have everything you need for short or long stay.

Another great stay at this Bristol location.

I booked an apartment on King’s Cross in London. I’m 200% happy with my experience! It was a very modern, clean apartment. Everything I needed was there. The location was perfect. And the service was really really good. When I text the accommodation, they replied very fast and was always very friendly. I recommend booking the apartment and I will do this for sure back in the future.
