The ( Camden Town) apartment location is superb, just a few steps from the Underground station, multiple shops, pubs, restaurants etc. We loved the apartment. It's clean,compact and very cosy, lots of lighting options, easy to control room temperature, really nice bed and bedding. Internet and tv all worked fine. Bathroom had loads of hot water at all times. Handy kitchenette, good microwave and fridge. Plenty of clothes hanging space. Really can't fault the apartment,we would definitely come back and appreciated the excellent, clear comms from the Your Apartment team. Thank you.

PROS:
Room 6: Beautifully set up and new. Especially the kitchen, by the window, cooking wares and facilities are very useful. Room is spacious for 2, cupboard is very fuctional, TV able to move around is practical. View is excellent.

Cleanliness: Its OK.

Extras: Cofffee, tea, and sugar provided.

CONS:
Room 6: 3rd floor, with heavy luggage for a lady traveller is not reccomended.

Bathroom: Water pressure an important issue to address for a better experience.

I stayed in one of the Bristol apartments and as per the pictures it was very nicely decorated which is what makes it all the more sad that this company clearly can’t keep up with the maintenance of their apartments. I arrive to find piles of broken glass strewn all over the yard in front of the door, so had to carry my dog and not let him out the whole stay. The TV was broken and the place smelt strongly of damp - the beds were made up as singles when I requested a king - I phoned and complained and they said they would send someone the next day to fix it all. A cleaning lady showed up and did the bed but didn’t zip them together - just pushed them together and put a flat sheet untucked on top so my 18’month old son almost fell through middle of the bed in the night. We could not use the yard at all because of the glass and we could not use the TV as it kept switching itself off. After promising to fix it and then not doing that I was pretty underwhelmed. A real shame considering how well these apartments have been decorated and appointed.

The online check-in was simple and quick. The apartment was well furnished (high quality) and the kitchen had all the utensils needed for a ahort or long stay. The bed was very comfortable and the internet fast . The location is central and close to the train station and shops. I was very impressed and this was my second stay within a month.

Great Location ; Amazing view ,Good facilitis ,Various transport options; bus, taxi, one minute from Liverpool Street station, bars and good restaurants in the area, perfect place .

The flat is really lovely and good value for money.

We stayed at an apartment close to Liverpool Street in London. A beautiful and well thought out design, lovely and clean and cosy.

Lots to do around the area and lots of transport close by too. Check in was super easy and because we booked though the official website we were able to get late check out for free and a discount.

All in all fantastic value for money, it really made our Christmas break one to remember. We look forward to visiting again and trying out the other apartments they have to offer.

Simple check in process, really cute apartment which had everything I needed - and not just basic stuff, it had good quality toiletries and white goods.

I got to the apartment late, yet the check in instructions were so easy to understand and actually check in.
The location was great.
The apartment itself was lovely, modern, spacious, and clean.
I look forward to staying again.

All round, great stay, easy to get in, security was high but a reassuring problem to have, rather that than it being easy to get in!

If i was being picky, the shower in our room was not very good at all, but this is presumably only an issue with the one apartment. all-round good stay, and cheaper than a premier inn, and much better than a premier inn!

Great facilities, great price, clean, no complaints!

Booked 2 nights at Your Apartment Monument and never again. No hot water, oven didn't work, wires hanging out of the ceiling in the bedroom, heated towel rail didn't work and you then have to enter into some appalling negotiations to get any sort of refund. I didn't succeed. Ramy does not know how to look after guests but what really made it unbelievable is nor does Toby Guest the founder. He basically said he doesn't deal with customers. Stunned with how dreadful their service is

STAY AWAY!!
The worst experience . They would not answer us for 4 hours to check in so we had to drag our luggage around and practically loose a whole day of our vacation. When we confronted them about this they had no explanation.

The room was dirty and not at all ready for check in when we finally got there. There was hair on the bed clearly from other guests, the bathroom was all wet from previous showers and there was bo air conditioning what so ever.

We stayed at their Camden in London residence and the area is not the safest. We were robbed by a gang of boys right outside of the complex door.

We had to find another hotel because of the flith in the room.

We called and wanted either a refund or to get another room another place and they would not help us at all. Their staff could not do anything they said and their seniour manager Jahvoy would get very angry and threaten us on the phone.

The only answer we got was that we could get a 15% refund for the first night for the bad communication during check in and that we could come and get new bedding to change ourselves…

We decided to get another hotel for our whole stay and had not stayed there for more than 15 minutes. They did not get us a refund and had also rented the apartment we payed for to someone else, making double up the money for the same room because they decided to check us out the first day with no resolution.

The service from start to finish was excellent. I spoke to the concierge to help with parking and an issue with the bathroom. Very helpful and immediate response. Apartment is fully fitted out and decorated lovely. Overall apartment was very clean.

The room is perfect, cleaning et new.

Dreadful. Cancelled my stay at the last minute, offered a replacement which wasn’t anywhere near as good as my booking with only a 15% discount. After requesting a full refund, and chasing several times I had to contact Airbnb who I booked through and they instantly refunded.

Home from home. Love the apartments. They have everything you need. Finished to a high standard. Amazing location!
