Poor customer service and horrendous dealings with them
I purchased the meal plan and the app but this was not for me given my significant disabilities. I found the app overwhelming and could not deal with the diet plan. I asked for a refund after 12 hours and the company did not refund. They were not understanding neither sympathetic given the grave health difficulties I was experiencing. This company is not disabled friendly and are only interested in money. I told them I was having investigation for ovarian cancer and this company did not care! They are referring to terms and conditions but they do not appreciate that some customers are vulnerable and need extra support. Once they have taken your money they will not care!

Brak dostępu do opłaconej diety
Zapłaciłam za dietę ok miesiąc temu do dziś nie mogę się zalogować. Pisanie w kółko o błędzie już mnie wykańcza. Ciągle dostaje tą samą odpowiedź.
Po próbie logowania albo wyświetla mi się błąd 404 not found, albo pisze że adresu nie ma w bazie a przy każdej próbie resetowania jakoś przychodzi link ( i tak nieskutecznie). Propozycja zmianu przeglądarki czy trybu incognito nic nie daje. Aplikacja pobrana na smartfon przy próbie logowania informuje mnie, że moja dieta nie jest aktywna. POMOCY!!!!

Pas de retractation possible
Impossible ce rétracter même si demande faite une heure après l achat. Pas de geste commercial, rien et attention un achat =abonnement avec paiement automatique. Si votre achat initial est de 3 mois, il est automatiquement renouvelé.
Communication uniquement en anglais avec le SAV. Pas de numéro de téléphone.

Son unos estafadores, te dicen que son 39 euros y después cuando llega el mensajero te dice 58 euros.
Llamo y reclamo y me dicen después que son 18 euros de gastos de envío.
Cuida con pagar con tarjeta, a mí amiga le han cargado 7 veces el pago inicial.

Les repas sont très répétitifs
On pense acheter un pack et on se retrouve avec un abonnement! Les repas sont très répétitifs. Énormément d'œufs au menu. Les plats manque de saveur. Je n'ai pas perdu 1gramme. Et mon ventre est gonflé. Quand je demande mon droit de rétractation, on me le refuse car je n ai pas de preuve visuelle! C'est honteux.. je ne recommande pas

Almost impossible to cancel
Would have given 3 stars as the recipes themselves were okay but then it took me over 30 minutes to figure out how to cancel and that immediately dropped the rating.
Did not like that there was no macros with the recipes. Meals were decent to help with initiating keto.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER
Crap, don't use it. Sounds amazing in the add but then when I bought a subscription it's nothing to what I wanted and I can't even search what I want. And it's hard to edit my meal plan. I don't even this these meals are even keto and not worth the time and effort.
I asked for a refund. They won't give me but yet they stopped my plan. I paid $55 and it's now going to nothing and This is a scam and not worth anyone's time and money. Communication is horrible I sent them multiple emails and I don't help at all. Don't join this. It's all false advertising

Latterligt lorxx firma, der udelukkende trækker uberettiget penge. Jeg har opsagt tilbage i februar 2023 og de har trukket i i alt 9x219kr. Selvom der er opsagt og at jeg ikke findes i deres system.

Do not rate this. All sounds super amazing. Once you have signed up you litrally have to pay for everything else that comes with it. False advertisement.

Very deceiving tool
Very deceiving tool. They subscribe you without making it obvious and the tool doesn't really offer anything useful. Its super hard to edit your meal plan.
