Good idea
Quite effortless and everyone is very friendly and helpful.
I just think it’s a bit expensive. On the website it says you pay R150. After your consultation they say actually it’s R360.
So just something to consider. Think it might just be worth it to go to the doctor to get the 6 month prescription cause you will be saving R900 over 6 months.

Thank you for your feedback. The R150 includes your doctors fees, chronic management of your medication and free nationwide delivery. The additional cost is the cost of your medication which is not included up front as we do not know what the doctor is going to prescribe for you.
When you look at the overall costs of utilising a traditional doctor over Contro, many individuals forget about the hidden costs of time and travel. The average cost of a GP is around R700 and when you add in all the travel and parking, which averages R52 trip (confirmed by AA). This makes your total cost of accessing a traditional doctor and going to the pharmacy over R1000 every six months. In addition to this, you've still got to add your medication costs, plus all the time you are giving up to see the doctor and go to the pharmacy every month.
Contro removes all of these tedious issues and saves time and money 😊 You're welcome to read more about our pricing and payments on our website.

Great service all round
The consultation was a quick and easy telephone call where I explained my symptoms and the Dr asked me some questions.
Within and hour I had my script and I could got and get some medication.
Super quick and easy.
The only thing they could so better is to operate 7 days a week and extend the range of issues that they treat.

Easy to use.
Very friendly and helpful. Quick and easy to use. Love that I can do the consultation telephonically and get my pill delivered to my house.

Great service
Honestly the doctor consultation was great and they prescribed the best contraceptives, delivery was bit shakey but the sorted it out in a day and I got my parcel! They agents continuously checked on and updated me through out the process!
