Tight neck pain following massage

Although I enjoyed the massage for the most part at the time (16.20), by 22.00 the same evening I started experiencing a very tight pain in my levator scapulae which has not cleared up. Based on this, unfortunately I won't be returning for another massage.

Short but very sweet and effective

Short but very sweet and effective, gave a good firm massage as opposed to it being a token 15 min thing.

Thank you very Deirdre for the experience yesterday. From the welcome, instructions, session and the feeling good after it.
It was my 1st massage and I felt very relax after.
Deirdre you found exactly where on my back the muscle pain were.
The time was just perfect, I didn't feel rushed.

Wellness 15 min massage

Wellness 15 min massage

I had the 15 minute massage as part of the Wellness week at my work. It was lovely. I left feeling refreshed and destressed. Would highly recommend Zest to friends and will be back for another massage indeed. Thank you! :)

Makes the work day bearable

Deirdre comes once a month in our company and it's the best time of the month, such a great massage and personality to go with it. I wish she could come once a week :):)_btw the country shows as DE but just because i'm on the virtual desktop :)

Great massage and lovely chats.
Only issue was that it wasn't long enough haha!! The time flew by.

It was a real tonic; personally would have loved another 15 mins but it was really really good.
