Sold me what they intended to sell me after calling in for a health check. The upgrade is great and a vast improvement on the 5kw battery that never worked despite repeated request to effect a fix. Once contract was signed and they had my money, I never heard from them only the contractors doing the work and they were great.

My experience over several years of working with Zest, has always been excellent.
In this recent contract, their performance was again executed promptly and efficiently in both the installation and follow-up procedures. Zest Energy are a good, reliable company to work with.

Workmen were efficient & tidy & and we are pleased with the finished job

The Purchase and installation was good so far still require another part to be fitted which had to be ordered up, Zest have promised to replace tiles that are broken due to the brackets for solar panels ( note our tiles are quite fragile) , have now supplied a MCA cert so we can now get money for any power that goes into the grid, the 4 Stars are due to broken tiles

All staff I dealt with were helpful and knew their stuff.
This company has been a treat to deal with. After a bad experience with another company, I was a bit hesitant. In the end I am glad I went with them.

On time arrival and excellent engineer. Very efficient installation.

Came when they said they would. Quick and tidy installation.

Prompt and efficient service. Quality technical support in plain English without being superficial. Prompt, considered, and considerate email responses.

All staff were very helpful at all stages. Engineers who did the install were fantastic, office staff were wonderful. Communicating efficiently and helped clarify matters that I misunderstood

Installer was very good, but when it is linked up to computer there is no information as to what it all means. For older people I think it would be an idea to have a manual as to what all the readings mean.

Good professional job nice staff to do the work clean tidy job

I was adamant I was not getting a battery but when a Zest agent visited, he quickly covinced me I was wrong and am so glad.

Was sold £6000(approx) GivEnergy battery, was told the energy provider was compatable with the deal & after instilation discovered that they had stopped the deal before it was sold to my elderly parents.
I feel this is totally inappropriate & personally feel that my parent were scammed.

Salesman and fitter easy to talk to and professional

The salesperson was pretty clear on most points as far as I recall. Chris and his colleague worked well in difficult weather conditions and worked late in the dark to finish. One negative.The Salesperson maybe did not know or realise that my tiles are a bit fragile. Luckily for the fitters and the contract I had recently bought a number of tiles which are very hard to obtain as no longer made.That could have been a problem!!!!!!!!!! Also I had to bear the cost!!!Archie in the office was very helpful in guiding me in how to set up the arrangement with SSE and Octopus. As I was already with Octopus that part was easy and then I had to contact Puredrive to check that the set up for the Export tariff was correct.

Good trusted company

Had a quote from Zest to fit a battery as back up to my solar panels. It was before Christmas and I paid the deposit and after thinking about it changed my mind the next day and phoned and emailed my change of mind to Zest. It was Christmas and it was the New Year before I contacted Zest chasing my refund. Due to holidays etc it was delayed but I would like to thank Archie for being there to listen to me and keep me informed and get my refund processed. It took a few weeks but it was eventually sorted. Thanks Archie for being patient with a grumpy pensioner.

Following some minor teething problems the system upgrade now works as intended.
