I had a fantastic experience working with this chartered surveyor. Right from the start, he was incredibly reassuring and honest and replied to my initial inquiry immediately, which was a huge relief.
During the process, he took the time to walk me through the photos of my building issues, explaining everything in a way that actually made sense. Quick to respond and organise building survey, gave a good example of what to expect in the report. I like the survey report included pictures as evidence which put me in a strong position to request a price reduction 👍 the report also highlighted areas I may want to work on first in the house so also very useful for my own planning of house renovations

I had a home buyer survey conducted on my modern flat in walthamstow by Zaid. It was very thorough, easy to understand and Zaid very kindly answered my follow up questions very swiftly and helpfully.

We instructed ZFN to carry out a RICS Building Survey on a property in East London, and were highly impressed with both the quality of the report and the level of service provided. The report was comprehensive, well-structured, and easy to understand. Their professionalism and customer service were exemplary throughout, and we would not hesitate to recommend them as one of the leading surveyors in London.

Working with Zaid has been a pleasure. He was very responsive via whatsapp and arranged for the survey to take place the very next day of agreeing to the terms of engagement. After the survey, he sent a message highlighting the main issues with the property. The report was delivered around 13 days after the survey (to meet the deadline he even worked overnight). The report is linear and easy to comprehend. The main value for us was the cost estimates per room, which in addition, to facilitate negotiations with the seller, will help us budget in the future. Overall, I would recommend Zaid to anyone who wants to receive a report straight to the point (eg items that needs attention or further investigation) and have costs estimates (irrespective of a minimum threshold).

Highly recommend, extremely efficient. Very kindly responded instantly and offered advice based on photographs produced, historic details, photographs etc advised to monitor changes in walls and then book survey if required which saves me an unnecessary structural survey at this moment in time which could be unnecessary.
