Had to have a survey done quickly in London around the Baker Street area. Checked reviews and ZFN kept coming up with positive reviews. And no wonder! I contacted Zaid and he was very responsive, very easy to deal with. The property is a Grade II listed Georgian flat. There are some peculiarties with this kind of property and Zaid was excellent in terms of providing quick responses, satisfying any questions I had and advising what needed to be done. I really appreciate the use of technology (What's App) for communication rather than calling, maybe getting the surveyor on the phone, delays, etc... These days, people want to communicate quickly - and that is what Zaid is great at. His report is comprehensive and provides estimated budget for works. He took pictures. He gave a verbal overview of any issues before sending the report out. Just a pleasant experience. We are looking to purchase another flat and will just go straight to Zaid and ZFN - no messing around.

Great Custom Survey! Easy to understand but very thorough which is vital for a first time buyer.

We asked ZFN to do a full structural survey on a Victorian building, before buying a flat there. We needed to reschedule once but they were very flexible to accommodate our needs.
After the survey Fayyaz was very kind to share a quick summary on the phone about their findings so we could proceed with the mortgage. The full report itself arrived roughly a week later. It's very thorough, full of pictures and a summary with quotes of what should be done on the long run.
Overall they have been very professional and we're glad we've found ZFN.

Zaid, did a very thorough survey on a flat purchase, there were several points he raised that were not immediately apparent on visiting the property and he offered an explanation as to possible causes and how to deal with them.
The photographic and audio format of the survey while unconventional was a very good system and enabled us to take in all the points raised.
Would definitely recommend ZFN for a property survey.
