Outstanding Products and Service!

We consistently order from Zingox and the quality and quantity of their products never fail to impress us. Highly recommended.

I’ve had mixed experiences with Zingox Traders UK Ltd. On the positive side, they offer a great variety of Maharashtrian items, and their festival selections are impressive. However, there have been issues with product quality and order fulfillment—mangoes often arrive overripe, and some orders have been incomplete or delayed. Customer service is responsive, and refunds or discounts are provided when issues are raised, but overall, it's hit or miss.

No response on any of your queries. Couriers misplaced. Deliveries not on time.

Hello Saurav, Ankita : I ordered Methi bhaji. Surti Papadi, Purple Yam, Green Tuver, Baby Aubergine, Lemon Grass and Thalipit Bhajani and the quality of delivery was top notch. Just cannot fault. The packing was done perfectly so no Veg was bruised in transport. The biggest thing for me was the above veg are very specific and Saurav made sure I get them. I placed the order in the morning and next day morning it was at my door step. I live in Lake district and it sounds not possible but Saurav made it possible. Thank you Zingox Team 🙏.

I bought glava fruits (4 orders in one payment )and received only 7 pcs , absolutely not ripped . Waited over weeks to ripped. Still very strong and not pleasant to eat.
Fist is very expensive, not ready to eat immediately and just (7) pcs for (4 orders).
Is it fear?

This site started off with a bang but cudnt sustain themselves, recent experiences since past 6 months have been terrible.
No updates on deliveries, they ask for a delivery date and time and never stick to it, its been a week i am still awaiting delivery, products are not quality checked, they have delivered expired products on several instances , their messaging platforms are unmonitored, no one responds to the queries. Its been a while i have been patient but just wanted to oit this review as nothing changed even if timely feedback was provided. They are into business and not into charity thus should have a spine to accept and improve.

home delivered Wada paav was a dream come true.. Best part is the taste was as if having it fresh.

Fresh veggies, seasonal fruits, delicious mangoes

I have been ordering from Zingox since 2017 now and I can honestly say they are my one stop shop for all maharashtrian items such as spices, pickles, snacks etc. I always look forward to their festival items as they bring Chitale and Gowardhan products to our homes.

Worst experiences ever. First I was not sent order on selected date . When asked to cancel I was promised all the items and quality will be delivered . My order was missing 4 items out of which I got only refund of 2 last minute. Giving me no option to look for alternative to buy from somewhere else and delivery was so late in the day.

I recently purchased some Langra mangoes. Unfortunately they were rather overripe and we were unable to enjoy them fully. As requested sent pictures and I experienced extremely efficient and courteous service and was advised that a full refund including postage would be forthffcoming. So thank you hope to order them earlier in the season next year. CrystalDavid

The indrayani rice was not original at all ,its the poor quality rice ,i will not order again , I ordered fpr 10 kilo amd now I m disspointed as they sent me wrong rice .

I am updating my review as per recent experience with Zingox customer service. They refunded for overly ripen mangoes and also offer discount for next order to compensate bad experience.

I have ordered mango multiple times and most of time it was over rippen. Only for my first order mangoes was in good condition but for all other orders condition was miserable and we need to finish it ASAP. Quality of product is really bad.

My first two orders went well. I have very painful experience for third order. My order was not delivered by delivery service. I was following up with everyday with Zingox and each time they promised me they will send new order next day. After 3 weeks of follow up, I have requested for re fund and they have not responded to my emails, phone calls and web chat and they sent my order after that even though I requested for cancel and refund. The new order I received with rotten vegetables and they are not picking calls to report and I end up wasted my money.

Finally I can say that it's very bad customer support and don't care about you.

I am Thankful to Zingox for making available the most delicious mangoes from India. The service experience had been fantastic and found the staff very helpful in handling the queries.
Wish them all the success and hope to keep getting delicious mangoes year after year :)

Better feedback should be provided. More responsive.
