Just one star less for the app as I gave issues with the app all the time. Otherwise all services are good by Zingox.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. No one attends phones or chats. Beware of this company. Order never received. Refund process unknown with this non existant customer service. Need to complain of this business.

Highly recommended!! For yummy mangoes and Indian grocery!!
We always order mangoes from Zingox and as always they were super yummy and very good quality mangoes which took us back home with their taste. Other grocery items and fresh vegetables and festive specials is another plus of Zingox which keep us connected with all our favourite Indian food. Highly recommended!! 👍

Very expensive and missing items from order
Very expensive. Most of the times couple of items are missing from the box even after taking full payment. Freebie are added to the carts but not delivered. Refunds are given but only after raising concerns.

Takes me back home.
Quality food, Reliable on time delivery, wide range of products.
Special product catalog during festivals, good quality of Mangoes and a bunch of brands from my home town like Ganesh, Chitale and so on.

No auto refund for missing item
As a customer, I have to contact customer service for any missing item even when they have not ticked on the invoice. I can't check the item always. The refund should be taken care automatically for missing.
