Their prices are competitive, which comes bundled with veriety of offer for frequent shoppers.

If you want to order home delivery of Indian groceries in the UK, Zingox is one of the best options. However, sometimes stuff go out of stock and stuff you ordered is not delivered. Otherwise everything is good.

My experience with Zingoxfoods was really great. I received products in good condition and vegetables were also fresh.

Regarding refund policy - Just want to mention that once I had received damaged Wheat flour package which I reported to Zingoxfoods customer support team and they immediately proceeded refund after verifying the images which I really appreciate.

I reached out to them for one of the item missing but no one bothered to respond. Lots of items cancelled from the order so not sure why they show it available online. Disappointing experience.
