Alquilamos un coche, Toyota en concreto. La hora de cierre es a las ocho de la tarde, llegamos a las 7:40 y a las 7:50 ya nos urgían a irnos. De hecho le pedí ayuda para enlazar el teléfono y me dijo que rápido que tenía hambre. Cerraron a las 7:50.Cuando entregamos el coche, nos dijeron que todo bien y firmamos que todo correcto y a la media hora nos habían cargado a la tarjeta sin avisar 740 euros de un daño en un cristal que nosotros no habíamos hecho. Nunca más volveremos a contratar con ellos. Muy enfadados.

La ubicación, fuera del aeropuerto, después te van cobrando por todo, como puede ser peajes. Al devolver el vehículo lo revisaron delante mío y me dieron el OK de que todo estaba bien y lo firme. Cuando llevo 30 minutos en el aeropuerto, me mandan un email con fotos de que el coche ha sufrido daños en el cristal y me cargan 740€ en la tarjeta. Me pongo en contacto con el seguro que al final me devuelven 700€, pero estos sinverguenzas se quedan con 40€ de gastos de gestión. Supuestamente aparecen daños después de entregar el coche, que raro que cuando se entrega el vehículo esté todo bien… Tened mucho cuidado con esta empresa!!!!

Zippy7 Vienna - we had the best experience hiring a car in Vienna. Picked up from Am Tambor office and the guy on reception was so lovely and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all our driving queries. We returned it to the airport office and chap there was also efficient and helpful. We had a free upgrade and no extra charges. Would definitely use them again.

Zippy7 is blackmailing people sharing their reviews on Google. And also, awful service. And terrible behaviour. Overcharging their clients. I would recommend to avoid this company.

Scam company!!!! Stay away! They charged us 1000 euros for a damage on the roof of the car!!!! The damage was not caused by us! It would have been impossible.

We rented the car for one day from the office in the city center.
The service was great.
They explained to us exactly how to return the vehicle at night.
After we returned the vehicle, the deposit we left was released the same day.
Highly recommend

dont book here! this is absolutely a disaster. the business consept of this company is to offer lower rates, but in the end they charge you for damages, which were existing already before.
They just charge your credit card and they dont reply to your emails or phone calls. they steal your money and ignore customers. Never again!!!

I’m writing this review to share my extremely negative experience with this car rental company, hoping it might help others avoid the same frustration. If I had read the 1-star reviews before renting, I would have definitely reconsidered my decision.

At first, everything seemed perfect—the rental process was smooth, the car was in great condition, and the staff were friendly. However, the nightmare began after I returned the vehicle. I parked it in the designated underground garage as instructed, but no one from the company inspected the car with me. A few hours later, I received an email claiming I had caused damage to the vehicle—a scratch on the side of the wheel—for which they charged me a ridiculous €160.

The attached photo showed a minor scratch on the wheel, which I am certain I did not cause. My entire rental period was uneventful; I drove carefully and parked in safe areas, with no incidents whatsoever. Unfortunately, I didn’t take detailed photos or videos of the car upon pickup, and as a result, my dispute was dismissed without consideration.

Since then, I’ve visited their office twice and sent countless emails, but they refuse to discuss the matter or acknowledge my concerns. They have your credit card information and simply charge you without further discussion.

My advice to anyone considering this company:

1) Do not, under any circumstances, rent from this company.
2) If you do decide to rent from them, make sure you take a complete video of the car from every angle—both sides, front, back, undercarriage, and roof. Also, read the 1-star reviews carefully to see what kind of "damages" they might claim.
Don’t make the same mistake I did. Be cautious and consider other rental companies before choosing this one.

We had a late flight, called them few days before to make sure the car is waiting for us even if the flight be late, they assured us,yes. One of the staff members called us 1 hour before our flight that they close at 23.30, no matter what, even we paid the out of hours surcharge. Our flight got delayed because one of the cabin crew got sick. We arrived to the pickup point at 23.40 but we tried to text anx call at 23.30 to ask to wait another 10 minutes but no answer. Its a disgrace! Would never ever deal with them again! And not even sure what they will charge us, yet no car, had to organize our own transport to Hungary. AVOID AT ALL COST! Scammers!

We have rented a car in Austria, and 4 months later the company claims that we have a 80 euro fine , and that we have to pay the fine within 4 days !!!!
Although it’s written in the fine that I have 60 days to pay the fine , I’ve forwarded the money to a friend who lives there and paid the fine directly to the government authority, and sent Zippy the receipt.
For some reason Zippy didn’t accept it and charged me for 80 euro and another 80 euro punishment.
I was robbed .. don’t let them rob you also

Unfortunately, most of these small car rentals offering seemingly low fares, get their cash by ripping you off with the small print. I booked a car in Vienna and, given the proximity, decided to visit Sopron in Hungary. Although I had not foreseen the border crossing, I tried to inform them on the same evening, without success. After half an hour I received an email claiming that they would be charging me 156€ for unauthorized border crossing. This was the explanation for the fee, and I quote "Unfortunately, due to the human trafficking activity in the region, this has caused us extraordinary administrative duties, which we have taken care of. The fee for this procedure is EUR 156 according to our T&Cs, which we debited to your credit card.".
Once I claimed to them that this explanation was not only ridiculous, but also vaguely insulting, they started arguing that crossing the border entails for them activating an extra casco insurance for driving abroad. Too bad that they operate cars with Hungarian license plates (in Austria) which are obviously insured in Hungary.
When I finally claimed that I would be posting negative reviews about them and suggested that operating a business based in Austria with cars having foreign license plates might not comply with the law, they threatened me with these words: "you will also be aware of the definition of extortion, which is a criminal offence.
In your emails you provide irrefutable evidence that the above offence has been committed. You are attempting to blackmail us by deliberately and unlawfully damaging the good reputation of our company if we do not waive our rightful contractual claim.
If we find that you have engaged in any of the above-mentioned misconduct, our legal representative(on cc) will take over your case. In such an event, you will be held responsible for any associated attorney fees."

This is the kind of company Zippy7 is.

This was the first time we used Zippy7 and we were extremely impressed with their service during the entire car rental service. Arrived at Vienna airport and they picked us up to go to their office not far from the airport. Their staff were very friendly and completed the rental process fast including all information needed. The car we choose was new model, clean and drive perfectly. We had a little incident with the side mirror but it was covered by choosing the premium insurance. On return they quickly checked of the car and then a lift back to the airport. The whole experience was hassle free. We will use them again without hesitation. Thank you all for this new car rental experience!

Ich habe am Wochenende Auto bei Zippy7 am Tabor 36 gemietet und wie wir das Auto um 13 Uhr zurück brachte war noch alles in Ordnung keine schaden und habe auch Fotos gemacht als beweise! und am Nachmittag(ca.15 Uhr) bekomme ich eine email dass ich das Windschutzscheibe beschädigt habe und muss 595 euro zahlen als Reklamation habe gesagt das war ich nicht(habe auch fotos) Nächsten Tag wir sind zur Zippy7 am Tabor 36 gegangen und der Arbeiter dort hat die fotos geschaut und gesagt das die zentrale soll entscheiden ob ich zahlen muss😂 er könnte nicht mal mit uns professionell reden oder alles richtig erklären! Wie wir dann gesagt dass wir das beschädigte (Windschutzscheibe) schauen er war dann irgendwie nervös und gesagt das Auto ist nicht da und könnte nicht mal normal reden und er hat auch gesagt er hat keine Zeit auf sowas! Und das finde ich schon sehr Frechheit. Sie verlangen 595 euro und als Kunden es ist auch meine recht das Auto anzuschauen um das schaden persönlich zusehen. Und heute das Geld ist auch schon abgebucht von mein Konto. Bis jetzt Sie ignorieren meine emails und Anrufe. Bitte ignorieren Sie mich nicht !ich habe auch meine rechte. Vielen dank!

Great service! We rent already few times in Wien to make a trip to an Austrian Alps and the guys showed a great quality of service, really good cars and big help. We satisfied with them 100%. Next time will rent just in Zippy7. Thanks!

Would not recommend. If you have a small damage, they will drain your whole deposit - no matter the damage.

820€ for a detached side mirror, this is bullsh*t...

Notification of fines by Zippy required payment within 4 days or Zippy's "processing fee" was doubled to Euro60. During that period I was corresponding with them about the fine.

I have no issue paying the fine but to double a charge after 4 days is totally unreasonable and gouging for money.

The pick up was a shambles and I would not recommend this company to use.

Normal verdient diese Firma nicht einmal einen Stern! Mein Auto wurde in einem Areal abgestellt, das 24 h geöffnet war und jeder betreten kann. Sie werben mit 24h Service und Shuttle sowie Sicherheit und nichts trifft zu. Habe Shuttle bezahlt und niemand hat mich abgeholt, keiner war erreichbar am Telefon. Mußte mit einem Taxi zu meinem Auto fahren das in einem offenen Areal geparkt war, niemand war vor Ort! Ich wusste nicht ob ich zu meinem Auto kommen kann oder nicht. Dachte zuerst ich muss in Wien nächtigen, da mein Auto in deren Areal geparkt war, aber es war ungesichert geparkt! Kein Mensch vor Ort!!!!! Diese Firma ist eine Frechheit!!!!! Nie wieder und ich übergebe dies meinem Rechtsschutz, habe Shuttle bezahlt und wurde nicht am Flughafen abgeholt!!!!! Keine Nachrichten, nichts!!!! Eine Frechheit!!!!!

Recently, I was informed of an additional charge of €190 due to what has been labeled as damage to the rental vehicle. However, upon closer inspection, I am convinced that this charge is unjust and is not related to any actual damage. It appears to be a pretext to offset a discount offered during the rental. I have never encountered such an issue over the years, and it is disheartening to be charged an exorbitant fee for what appears to be a minor concern. Furthermore, I believe the damage in question can be addressed with a simple polishing and does not warrant such a substantial fee. It seems that the intention may not be to repair the vehicle but to impose an unreasonable charge, which I find deeply troubling.
