I must emphasize that charging me €190 for this damage appears to be unjust, and it gives the impression of a scam.
I've been renting cars for over 40 years from various companies in different countries, and this is the first time I've encountered such an issue. I understand your concern about the car's condition, but I kindly request that you consider this as feedback to improve your inspection process rather than an additional charge.
I kindly request that you arrange for the repair of the reported scratch and provide me with a detailed invoice for the repair work performed. Once I receive the invoice and can verify the nature and cost of the repair, I will be more than willing to process the payment promptly.

The service was shocking. Our flight was delayed, so we rang Zippy7 at Vienna airport as soon as we found out and informed them about the delay. They have assured us that we can still collect the car for a late fee of €50. We hesitated but agreed in the end and confirmed through second phone call. When we finally arrived, the office was closed and nobody was answering the phone (we arrived at 10pm, late night pick up is until 11.30pm). We were left stranded at the airport.
We asked them for a compensation only to be told that we never rang about the late pick up. (Yes, we do have phone calls statement!). To sum it up they didn't answer the phone as per our agreement, never gave us car, never returned any money and called us liars. Companies like those shouldn't be in business. Stay away from those guys.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Zippy7 car rental and feel compelled to share my negative review. Initially, my husband and I rented a car from them, and he paid for everything using his card. Unfortunately, we were involved in an accident that was not our fault. We immediately informed Zippy7 of the incident and provided them with the necessary information, including the police report, which clearly stated the insurance details of the driver who hit us.

Upon returning home, we were relieved to receive the deposit back into my husband's account. However, several weeks later, much to my dismay, I discovered that Zippy7 had illegally withdrawn funds from my own personal bank account without any authorization or explanation.

How they gained access to my account is still a mystery to me. It is possible that their point-of-sale machine retained my account information when my husband accidentally used my card and entered his PIN before realizing the mistake and paying with his own card.

Upon discovering this unauthorized transaction, we attempted to contact Zippy7 through email numerous times. Regrettably, they chose to cease all communication and completely ignore our concerns and inquiries, leaving us feeling helpless and abandoned.

I cannot express enough how thoroughly disappointed I am with Zippy7's handling of this situation. It is particularly disheartening considering the initial positive impression they had left on us. They showed great courtesy by waiting for us despite it being past their closing time when we returned the damaged car. We even went out of our way to express our gratitude by tipping the driver generously in appreciation for their supposed kindness.

Unfortunately, Zippy7, your actions have caused immense mental distress and stress for a mother and woman who now never wishes to rent a car again. The past few weeks have been agonizing, and I cannot thank you enough for ruining what should have been a simple and stress-free experience.

Ursprünglich habe ich ein Auto bei carjet gemietet.Abholung zum Fahrzeug erfolgte am Flughafen Wien. Ich wurde abgeholt und ins Büro gefahren. Dort stelle sich heraus, dass carjet nur ein Vermittler ist und ich das bei Zippy7 gemietet habe. Keiner sprach deutsch !!!! Dann sind wir einmal ums Auto gegangen und gaben die Schäden aufgenommen ein Foto habe ich gemacht. Der Mitarbeiter sage, es sind alle Schäden aufgenommen und der Bericht wird mir umgehend per Email zugeschickt. Das Fahrzeug habe ich einen Tag später ohne weite Schäden abgegeben. 1 Stund später erhielt ich eine Email, mit dem Schadensmeldung über 2 angeblich von mir verursachten Schäden und den gefakten Bericht vom Vortag.
Sofort wurden 600 Euro von der Karte eingezogen. Um die schadensregulierung soll ich mich nun selber kümmern..Sitz in Malta
Den einen angeblich schaden hatte ich fotografiert, leider stellt sich Zippy nicht einsichtig und bringt deutlich zum Ausdruck das sie kein Interesse haben den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen

Fazit: Ein unseriöses und ich unterstelle Betrug mir und der Versicherung gegenüber.

Even though i explained the guy from the rental company my intentions to travel to Innsbruck (the other end of Austria), the company still charged me with a fee for crossing the boarder.
In Austria is well known that to arrive from Salzburg to Innsbruck, the highway passes through Germany. Company said they have no responsibility in making us aware of this because the i formation is on the website and it's all on me. Fancy answer...
I guess that tells alot about this company.

Good company, great service, and good cars. I found them using the Discovercars website. Zippy7 team works even at night at the Vienna airport (when everything else is closed). For a small fee, they come to the airport to meet you (their office is located about 5 minutes drive from the airport) and after returning the car - they take you to the airport back. Special thanks - they patiently helped me solve the problem when I received a ticket for the wrong vignette on a toll road. (Keep in mind if you are going to Austria - double-check all toll road payments. Small mistake = big penalty).

(please don't forget to arrange border-crossing to Germany in case you are travelling to Tyrol or to the west of Salzburger Land)

New car rental company in Vienna.
The price was very competitive so we heditated. Gladly we decided ti take a chance. We received new clean car, the service was excellent.
