Zolo girls pg is hell
1)High price and EB
2)No security
3) encouraging alcohol and living together culture
4) irresponsible property manager who doesn't pick the call
5) stealing housekeeping staff and not cleaning properly
6)proper amenities won't be provided
7) queries will not be resolved quickly
8) No proper inspection will be done
9) people with bad manners can opt it
10) picture will be spacious but actually rooms look horrible
11)pre booking done for one room but some other room will be allocated when you visit the property
12) People make fun of query raised by you since everyone will be reading your query
13) you will be pre booking one room but will be allocated to another room

Very disappointing. They charge a lot of hidden fees that are not clearly mentioned upfront. The Wi Fi is also very poor and unreliable. I would not recommend staying here.

My experience with Zolo was terrible. The way my case was handled left me feeling completely misled and taken advantage of. It genuinely felt like the company cared more about keeping my money than treating customers fairly or resolving genuine concerns.In my opinion, the entire experience felt like a money making trap rather than a customer focused service. Important policies were not made clear to me and when I raised my concerns, I felt ignored instead of helped.I would strongly advise anyone considering Zolo to be extremely cautious. Read every single term, get everything in writing, and don't rely on verbal assurances. Based on my experience, I would never stay with Zolo again and would not recommend it to anyone.

I have talking to four different real estate people I've told them exactly what I am looking for what loan I am planning on using and the amount that I will probably be getting from the loan four different people have told me four different things all amounting to going nowhere in the process of moving forward towards buying a house all people have tried to get me to change what loan I want. The latest person tried to tell me that the loan I plan on taking will not allow me to buy a house in or around the city of kelso a quick Google search tells you that's not true

I’m currently staying in Zolo raptor and my experience is very bad as a Night Shift employee they will not accommodate or be considerate about itdouble sharing even if they do they will keep troubling you saying that we have to show the next bed to someone and will disturb you asleep in the daytime so you will not be able to function or operate your night shift if you take double sharing .

Very disappointing experience. They charge extra fees, but the service is not worth the money. There was no proper response from the team, and the actual service was completely different from what was promised during the joining process. It was a total waste of money. I strongly do not recommend this service. Posting this review so that others don't have to go through the same bad experience.

Fraud company , they take bookings without any room availability and on reaching the premises they shift you to shitty rooms, ask you to pay immediately promising a transfer in few days, then they say it is no longer available. Zolo Chennai. Zolo axis, zolo sage.

This is the trash company. I rented out my apartment and they asked me to modify lot of things and spend lot of money. But finally they didn't pay the rent on time and cheated. If they approach you to rent your apartment be careful.

Tickets for issues are closed after no action for 7 to 8 days no drinking water been asked to walk down and get water if needed no water for bath several times and if there is a electrical issue waut for someone to die before someone wakes up to take action ...the promise many things but even a normal pg is better than zolo

Too overpriced that too with too few amenities. Without including food and electricity also you have to pay a lot for even a double sharing room.

Complex check-in process due to which you might miss some crucial details like the "rent package structure". I got trapped in this . For first month the rent was around 13k on which I got some discount but due to the plan I had chosen the next month I had to pay 16k for rent plus electrictiy bill.

I have worst experience in zolo westro in Chennai.
1 No sefty ( who ever want to come they can come they can leave every night outside is leaving and doing parties
2.No security
3.No proper maintenance
4.Ur things will stolen.and when u will give complaint to customer support they will say zolo is not responsible for this

I moved into Zolo Townhouse Balewadi Pune in February 2026. My rent was confirmed in writing by the previous property manager as ₹10,528 for February, ₹10,528 for March and ₹13,160 from April onwards.
Without any notice, consent or explanation I was charged ₹13,657 for March — an overcharge of ₹3,129. In my last month I requested that the April rent be adjusted against my security deposit of ₹14,000 to account for this unresolved overcharge. This was a completely reasonable request. Zolo refused without any explanation.
What followed was weeks of harassment by the property manager:
He repeatedly told me formal eviction proceedings had been initiated. I have every email Zolo sent me. Not one of them says eviction was initiated. Every single one says "to AVOID the initiation of eviction proceedings." He fabricated eviction proceedings in writing to frighten me into leaving.
While my belongings were still in the room he attempted to move another tenant in. When I refused he threatened to physically throw my belongings out citing unpaid rent as justification. He said "don't take any responsibility" — meaning he was prepared to destroy my personal property and accept zero accountability for it. He only stopped when I cited Section 378 IPC for theft.
At one point he explicitly admitted "we cannot do anything you have to exit from the property" — confirming he had no legal authority, yet continued harassing me daily regardless.
I asked him to stop contacting me multiple times. He continued anyway.
No formal eviction notice was ever received despite weeks of false claims.
Screenshot everything from day one. Save every email. Get every rent confirmation in writing. You will need it.

Move in was super easy and the deposit amount was also much lower that other pegs I checked. The room was clean and ready when I shifted the service is ready as expected.

The rooms lack proper hygiene, and they may provide misleading information about the property. They also tend to charge additional amounts under the name of extra electricity bills and maintenance, and
Most problematic issue is that a large portion of the security deposit may be unfairly deducted.🤬🤬🤬

Rent payment and service request through app are very simple. It makes the overall experience much smoother.

The caretaker is very helpful and responds quickly whenever their is an any issue. Small problem usually get resolved with in the hrs. Zolo is good option for how is looking for hazel free accommodation and moving first time in new city.
