My order has not shipped
My order has not shipped. There was no hold on the order for proof but it was stuck in proof status. Contacted customer service a few days ago and asked to rush my customers business cards, still hasn’t shipped

I've used this company for years but…
I've used this company for years but it's been a couple now since I last ordered. I placed an order August 20th. Today is Sept. 8th and it's still not in production. It's just stuck saying I need to confirm the proofs, which I asked to not have. And of course there are no proofs. I asked the chat and finally got told my file needed to be a larger size. Then she left the chat. I can't upload another file, there's no option. I emailed them, but so far, no response.
