The turn around for 1-2 color jobs are a joke. I have had to go to other vendors. It is ridiculous that we have to add 5 days onto an order, (even then, it is not guranteed). My customers can not wait that long. I had one 1-2 job that was over 30 days......I canceled it and found another vendor.
Zoo need to get more 1-2 color presses.

Security Envelopes
Security Envelopes
When I placed my order for security tint envelopes, the system asked for inside files, even though the tint file comes from Zoo, not the client.
I had to contact customer support (always pleasant and helpful) who said I should upload my "front" file for both front and inside. She then had to file an order with production to replace my upload with the proper tint file. This delayed my job by one day.

Not Proof Friendly
Your quality is great but you're not as friendly with your proofing system. All the others I use actually have a screen that shows preflight errors, lets you adjust, etc. at no additional charge. With your company it's a throw of the dice and a hope unless I want to pay $5.00

I've been using your service for a long…
I've been using your service for a long time however your upload for graphics (although improved some) have always been a tad 'shoddy'. When I upload an art proof and decide not to approve the art due to a mistake, that process always seems to be annoying. Because it does not allow me to upload a new revised art proof immediately. This time, I ordered some magnets with the correct amount of bleed and the art proof would show I did not have enough bleed regardless. When I called for Customer Assistance she explained there was a bug in the software that will do this from time to time, where a layout has the correct amount of bleed however it is not reflected on the art proof. Otherwise Customer Service and the product for most part has been good.. It's the website art proof upload feature that needs to be refined better.
