Business cards I ordered for my client…
Business cards I ordered for my client were printed quickly. However, even though they shipped on Friday, July 31st, I still haven't received them. Why does it take 2 weeks to ship an order from Los Angeles to Orange County? Very disappointed.

Very poorly packed items moving during…
Very poorly packed items moving during shipment.No dividers between the brochures looks horrible. Printing was perfect... Except for the side they left off one of the jobs... Waiting for that order to come in which they didn't communicate with me.Just reprinted it and shipped it with ups, which has apparently lost it....or damaged it... Can't really get customer service to speak with you with this company...

They will even save you from you
Their work/ products have always, and I mean always been top notched ~ makes anyone look superb! Yeah, buddie! I highly recommend Zoo Printing ~ you just don't know what and how good they are at presenting your projects/posts/cards/ or whatever it may be. They will even call or text your if they see where you'd upload something that will not look/print correctly and save you from you! Yes!

They couldn't get my order out
They couldn't get my order out
I ordered business cards for 2-3 day delivery and a week later they hadn't been sent. I called to ask them when I could expect them, and they told me to submit a ticket. I did and then two days later they went to reprint. Same thing, label made, not sent. I ended up calling and cancelling the order. they were very nice and helpful and canceled the order for me. I appreciated their service, but I wouldn't use their printing services again.

Things are mis-cut all the time and…
Things are mis-cut all the time and orders get stuck in imposition requiring us to call and get jobs back into production for NO REASON and no explanation given.
