I do business cards with ZOO
I do business cards with ZOO, they are turned pretty fast and the only time I did have an issue it was resolved quickly. Been utilizing Zoo for better than 15 years or more. Pricing is great and my customers think I'm the greatest with the quick turn time.

Charged unnecessary taxes.
I don’t appreciate being charged sales tax when my order is shipped to Oregon, a state without sales tax. Otherwise the products I order is of good quality.

The job went well
The job went well. One little hiccup was in the proofing process, I couldn't see the file. Since it was a reprint, it was not an issue but it needs to be fixed.

It took over 2 weeks to print 1-color…
It took over 2 weeks to print 1-color envelopes. It's not possible to stay competitive in that market with that type of turnaround.
