I was very excited to try this product as i think it is very innovative and a lovely idea. The smell is nice and quite subtle so not overpowering at all. The consistency is quite waxy therefore it holds the hair in place well. The customer service is fantastic and they definitely do prioritise customer satisfaction.

Black Out beard balm scent muted
Iâd been gifted some Zousz Black Oud beard balm last year and I was impressed. As I liked it I went online looking to replenish. Theyâd changed the packaging from a small glass jar to small plastic tub. No issue with this as this is how it was shown online while ordering, so this has no impact on my ratingâŠbut I did like the glass.
The beard balm holds as expected. Itâs easily malleable and works into your hands and beard as expected without any issues.
My issue is the scent, itâs not as per the previous Black Oud beard balm I had. I bought this in a 3 pack so will be using this for a while with a more muted scent than expected, compared to previous product. For this reason I can only give it 3/5.
