Absolutely first class customer service and great products. Have used Zure a couple of times for bathroom reno's and will happily use again and recommend without hesitation.

Sincere apologies that you have not yet received your order. However, due to an error on the tracking portal, your orders appears to have been delivered to your shipping address. We are now organising a replacement to be sent for you and will be in touch with a new tracking number shortly.
Customers are always encouraged to track the progress of their order delivery. If for any reason you don’t receive delivery in a timely fashion, it is best to get in touch with us on info@zure.com.au to raise an enquiry with our customer service who can help you locate your order and provide ETA for the delivery.
However, in this instance since we did not hear from you & since the item appeared to be delivered, we were unaware of the issue at hand.

Good shopping experience
Good shopping experience as I was looking for a bathroom cabinet that was not the regular box shape. The cabinet is a good quality build, except for the small dowl joins to attach the left and right parts of the circle mirror. We will have to use lots of strong glue to make sure they don't fall off. The cabinet is a great size. It's going to look great in our new ensuite. Delivery quick and tracked.

Mirror ordered was out of stock
Mirror ordered was out of stock, so I understood there would be a delay. After a few weeks, I followed up with a email to see where things were. The office was very helpful, and continued to update me on estimated times. The delivery guys seemed to take a while, but the mirror was delivered without problem. Nice product, not yet installed but will review again then.

The cabinets seems good
The cabinets seems good - solid - haven’t attempted to put it together yet. Delivery was made in good time but the LED lights that were ordered with it were not in the package. There was no delivery docket that might have explained the omission. I haven’t yet heard back from Zure. I’m sure the LEDs will arrive at some point.

Ordered 2 items - Never Again
Ordered 2 items. One was fine and the other was not as per the description / image. We ordered a white basin which was not white - it was more of a cream colour.
No problem, we asked to return the item using the 30 days returns policy. Unlike many / most of their other competitors however, with Zure you have to pay for the shipping yourself which, at least in isolation, is probably acceptable / understandable.
However, they then charge you a 20% restocking fee. While this in itself was enough to never use Zure again - there is also no refund provided after this gouge - only a store credit.
Look elsewhere people - there are far better options available at similar costs and with better service. I will never use Zure again.

We are sorry to know that the item you ordered was not as expected.
With suppliers providing us professionally shot photos, which are viewed digitally at the time of purchase, minor variations in colour and finish of the product do occur from time-to-time.
We make a conscious effort to minimise customer returns for items like the ceramic sinks which are of a fragile nature. This is due to the high risk of damage and the likelihood of breakage of these items while in-transit. If a returned item is received in a non-sellable condition, the risk of this is then borne by the customer. Additionally, the rate of our restocking fee is reinstated by our suppliers. It is typical within the bathware industry that highly fragile items such as ceramic sinks do have a more hard line returns policy due to the precedence of returned items not being in a resellable condition.
We thank you for expressing your concern to our customer service team, who were quick to respond. They tried to reach out to you via email and via mobile to further discuss the matter with you and are waiting to hear back from you. Thank you!
