Absolutely first class customer service and great products. Have used Zure a couple of times for bathroom reno's and will happily use again and recommend without hesitation.

We sincerely apologise that you received a damaged delivery of your product.
Our suppliers check all products before dispatch to ensure damaged/faulty items are not sent out to customers. However, on few occasions, items do get damaged in-transit which unfortunately is beyond our control.
Our customer service was quick to respond and a full refund was processed immediately after you contacted us with photos of your damaged delivery. Since we use payment portals to manage monetary transactions, even though the refund was instantly processed on our end it could possibly take approximately 2-3 business days to reflect back into your account.

Interstate order
Ordered an LED mirror cabinet on a Tuesday arrived in Brisbane on the Saturday. All in one piece, very well packed.
It is even better quality once seeing it in person.
I had a few queries before ordering which were answered promptly.

Risk free
I was not sure initially about risking an online purchase but I could not find anything else that suited me. So far so good ....super fast delivery...well packaged...good online support. Super keen to see this in my new bathroom when it is ready to be installed ...fingers crossed all will be ok & provides the best outcome.

Fast delivery and great services
Love the live chat feature! I was shopping at night and got few questions before I can finalised the purchase. Cary was there answering all my questions and I can finalised the shopping there and then. Product was delivered on the next day out from warehouse and arrived on the 3rd day. I was very impressed! Descriptions for the product are spot on and happy with the quality.
