Great quality product and great service
Great quality product (even commented upon by my tradies) and great service. One item was damaged during delivery which was annoying, but the service people rectified it very quickly and sent a new one out

The wrong order came 3 times, causing me to lose money and time on trades and no compensation was offered

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the repeated incorrect deliveries. We understand how much time and money can be affected when trades are involved, and this was not the experience we want for our customers.
The issue was caused by our supplier sending the incorrect item and we’re sorry it took multiple attempts to put right. We’re glad the matter has since been resolved and that the correct items were eventually received.

Won't stop emailing me asking for a review

Great quality - really easy process - good support
I had a really wonderful experience with Zure when designing and building a bathroom and laundry renovation that we recently completed. Setting up the account and buying online was really easy. I wasn't sure about some of the items that I was picking, but the online chat function was really easy. It was actually great, and the support team I found was really helpful in helping me make sure I had the right selection.
Before I checked out, the delivery was great and seamless. Everything arrived on time, undamaged, ready to go. I particularly liked that the cabinetry was all pre-assembled for the most part, which made life really easy when it came to assembling.
Quality of the cabinetry and hardware is great and meet standards instructions that came with everything worked well
I Had an issue with one of the toilets that arrived that had some faulty electronics and it was replaced the same day.
if you’re considering zure, go for it!

Waterfall bath spout
I bought a waterfall bath spout, delivery was prompt, spout is great (bought nearly a year ago, no problems to date). I bought it to match Caroma Luna brushed nickel fittings because I didn't like the Caroma spout options. The colour was a perfect match.
