Purchased one by tomtom. Unit works fine. However the mount would not stick. The stickyness had gone. Contacted customer services. What a terrible service. Passed onto one department to another. Then wanted a video!! What for nothing to see. Just would not stick. The mount can only be worth pennies. Spoilt the whole experience. Terrible customer service.

Excellent item at a good price. Would have given 5 star rating apart from delivery by Yodel. Apparently made a first attempt to deliver. No notification of delivery and no card to say they had attempted delivery. I was upstairs at the time. He did not give me chance to get downstairs and left within a few seconds. The second attempt (again no notification) I was downstairs and saw the car outside, did not ring bell and was about to leave again but managed to catch just has he was getting in the car.
Yodel need to get their act together really poor. I would suggest direct vacuums monitor Yodel they are providing a terrible service and will make me think about buying from direct vacuums again.

Flash light would not hold charge. Contacted customer services. Offered 50% refund. The customer is liable for return cost.
A scam poor quality item for the cost.
Do not buy from them.

Update on Vitaltrack. After putting in the hands of PayPal I was contacted very quickly by Vitaltrack. My money was refunded very quickly. I obviously offered to return the tens machine, they said not to bother and just dispose of the machine.
So thanks to Vitaltrack for the refund. Although left very disappointed.

Why could this have not been offered before? Very annoying that it takes a poor review on trustpilot to get an offer.
I replied back and said make it 12% and I will accept. They refused. I guess their system could not cope with that. After all they had my money for 2 months. I was being a bit pedantic I know. But sometimes these companies need a wake up call.
They have since refunded my money which again took them 5/7 days to do.
I have purchased a garmin fenix from Jura watches before. Will not be buying from them again. If 2% for them is an issue. Says a lot about them as a company.

Ordered a Garmin instinct at the beginning of April. Have now been informed after numerous emails trying to get updates it is now going to be 200624 before they get delivery.
Really poor communication I have had to chase to get information and given various dates for delivery. Its states on their website 2/3 weeks delivery not 2/3months. No mention of compensation or refund at this stage. I appreciate that company’s can not always control deliveries from manufacturers but they can keep customers informed and offer up options rather than wait until they are forced into doing something for the customer. I have purchased from Jura before but will really think about not purchasing again from them. Feel really let down and not valued as a customer. Really poor.
