i was really impressed with the UX/ UI on their website.
super easy to use and search for products. I was looking for wedding gifts and they offer a large selection of ideas. The proposition extends beyond wedding gifts

Good arrived on time and in tact. super impressed with the wooden bottle box and the quality of the engraving

There was an issue with one of three orders i placed - the damaged item was replaced with zero hassle and super customer service

in summary - this company offers excellent products, supported by excellent service. Highly recommended

Engineer seemed to know what he was doing. And ran all possible tests to solve the problem. The problem wasn't resolved as he couldn't find any problems. However did suggest what a possible problem could be.

Used for the first time in Sept 2024
easy to use app (love the UX and flow of screens - highly intuitive) , friendly pick up, on time, it was so easy to book the laundry pick up and details.
I am definitely using the service again
cost effective solution to your laundry needs. I also used to the help function and the team were super prompt at responding to my queries

great cx and ux. was super easy to create a card, edit it and get it purchased. a lot of rich funcationality built into the website version and it was a super easy process to create the card. the digital teams have this perfected at Moonpig - thank you - Anand

I was extremely impressed with the service received from Evie and Stephany. I spent a considerable amount of time thinking about a bag. Both sales consultants were extremely knowledgeable and ended up leaving the store to have a think about it .
I retuned and was so impressed with the product kwowlegde of the team. super impressed in fact. They were both able to answer all of my questions about the product, warranty and comparisons between PD and Brics luggage. I would highly recommend this store for the amazing service - they were polite professional and highly knowledgable about the product. Thank you Evie and Stephany !

I paid my bill up to 19th July 2020. I was informed by a senior complaints manager that I would not be charged beyond this
They terminated my services on 17th July and didnt bother to inform me
I received an email on 29th July 2020 asking me to make a payment ?

The service is shocking
Their billing systems are utter rubbish
I received emails post notification of my decision to leave VirginMedia that suggested that my services had been cancelled (i gave them 8 weeks notice) but they continued to send emails that suggested services has been terminated and the bundle offer I had been awarded was no longer present and had increased.

i would give them 0 stars if this option was available.

Very impressed with the service I have just received from Dominque over the phone. I needed some support to log in and understand the layout of the website and some terms i was not familiar with.

I was very impressed with my first purchase of a sofa.

Staff - very knowledgable about the quality and make up on the sofa, leather quality. i was particulaarly impressed with Melissa, Skyla and an african sales agent. (sorry didnt catch his name)

Purchase process- all completed on an IPAD and is sooooo slick. very efficient, i opted for 4 years IFC and this was all processed with such ease. i was super impressed with that transaction process.

Sofa will be delivered in 3 months. Lets see what the quality is like . if the service is anything to go by i will be impressed.

overall i would return to the leicester store again. very impressed and highly recommended.
