Sent my Tag Heuer to Luxury Watch Repairs for a case polish as it was covered in scratches. They sent a sturdy case and secure envelope to send my watch off to them. During the process I was kept up to date with the progress of my repair including photos.
My watch was returned in a sturdy case which can be reused. Particularly good for spectacles!
My watch looked like new. I shall be using them again with confidence. Thank you Luxury Watch Repairs.

Although they settled my claim, their methods are really frustrating. This is compared to my dealings with my main insurer. I think they need to update the way you are expected to upload documents.

I have no issues at all with the gravel I ordered. What I do have an issue with is the company they use to deliver. The guy I had was rude, spoke broken English, did not appear to fully understand how to use his equipment and literally had no interest in customer care. He was going to dump the pallet of gravel on the road until I told him otherwise. AND he kept sucking his teeth at me which is really disrespectful!

John was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable during the sale. I only have 4/5 for one reason.
1. Noone likes a pushy sales person but it's hard to tell who is a customer and who is a member of staff as the staff just wear jeans and trainers with no name badge. Come on DFS, you are a big, household name. Would it hurt to give your staff a uniform. Even DFS polo shirt and a pair of trousers with shoes would do. The sales staff just look scruffy.

I was surprised how much the prices have come down since I last visited. But the quality is still as good as ever. Ordered a lovely solid oak TV table for £315. Only downsize os I have to wait 12 weeks but I can live with that. Also like the fact it will be delivered assembled.
The salesman was friendly and knowledgable without being pushy. I shall be returning for sofa suite based on this experience.

I paid for the full recycle and install new machine for my elderly mother. When the delivery guys arrived the lazy men told my mom there was no valve to connect to and they were not plumbers so just left old machine connected and dumped new machine in the dining room. Absolute lies. I connected it the next day and I am not a plumber. It was an easy disconnect/ reconnect. To be fair to AO their customer services were amazing and couldn't be more apologetic. They refunded the extra costs. I had a similar issue with AO a few years back. It appears they hire anyone to deliver orders. Luckily my mom has me otherwise she would have been left with two non working machines. I have escalated a complaint. I won't use them again.

Such an brilliant and professional company to deal with. I bought a pool/ dining table two years ago which is brilliant. I have just bought The Legends Ultimate full size arcade machine. It is just incredible. I have suffered with other companies recently with poor customer service but Liberty Games excell in this department. I phoned up about a small issue which in fairness was my fault but the guy I spoke to sorted me out in a few minutes. No request is too small for them. Thank you Liberty games. If only all companies were as good as you to deal with.

I have suffered with a badly swollen leg after multiple DVTs. I have tried other wide fit socks but most are the thin all over. These socks are perfectly cushioned on the sole with a wide and thinner airated material around the ankle. Bought 3 pairs to start with and was so impressed i bought another 3 pairs.

I have a Simba mattress but needed a second one for my new bigger bed. I was going to go for Simba again but they had put their prices up. So i opted for OTTY. I am glad i did. Most comfortable mattress ever. Only problem is i that i cant get out of bed in the morning!!! Only one small issue. Although the delivery men were pleasant, they were very late. I asked them to take the mattress upstairs but they told me they are not covered....jobsworths!!!What if i was a little old lady?? The 5 stars are for the matress..not the delivey.
