Didn’t like the wait, what’s the point in click and collect when I have to wait behind the queue looking up stuff on the system computer aided by staff who just ignore me standing at the click and collect area. A person who came in after me was served before me.

I had considered a few breakdown service providers and phoned them to gauge their response and asked a few questions. With emergency assist they will recover the car to a garage of my choice within 25 miles which was better than the similar priced providers. As I own a Kia with 7 years warranty I would prefer taken to a Kia garage. Hope I’ll never need to put them to the test but I also checked feedback which was very positive.
Car wow were fantastic got £1000 more for my car than the trade in price. Collected at my convenience and the price quoted was payed in full. Great communication from the staff and follow up to make sure I was happy. Many thanks for a very smooth successful transaction.

I bought a mattress from soak & sleep 2 years and 3 months ago. A Latex 3000 pocket sprung and it was expensive. After such a short time the mattress has now sagged so there’s a furrow on each side, soft and giving me and my wife a sore back. I tried to claim under the 5 year warranty but being told this sagging is normal. The sagging measures 30mm deep with nobody lying on it, 40mm would qualify as faulty. What is not considered is that when lying on this the sagg is 100mm deep. We will have to buy a new mattress, very unhappy with the soak & sleep policy.

When we received your guarantee claim, we provided the images you sent over and your care methods to our supplier who confirmed the settlement was within tolerance for a mattress that is 2 years old.
All mattresses will experience settlement over their lifetime and regularly rotating, ensures the settlement is even.
Following your feedback on this result, we offered a free inspection service with HomeServe.
HomeServe offers an impartial third-party mattress and furniture inspection service. Their technicians use specifically designed tools to help aid in the diagnosis of faulty mattresses. Mattress settlement and adaptation to body type are taken into consideration.
The inspection was completed yesterday and it was confirmed to you that the mattress was not defective and the result concurred with the original confirmation from our supplier.
If we can offer any further advice, I have provided a copy of the report via email along with an offer of assistance.
