Terrible bank…

I have a personal and business account with YB for over 10 years, I went into the cleckheaton branch to take £5k out of my account to pay for some building work. They wouldn’t let me have MY money to pay my builders. The Assistant Manager said that all builders were rogues and I had to be careful! I am an adult and fully aware of scams, I am in the middle of an extension and needed to pay my builder. Not only are they not allowing me to take my money from my account they are also discriminating against builders! I was made to feel like a criminal for wanting to take cash out! The staff were disgraceful the way they spoke to me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I called to make an official complaint and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and could not believe what I was telling her. I am closing all my accounts, my children’s accounts and my husbands account. We have gone with HSBC and they have been fantastic !

Terrible service

I ordered a shed from JTF online and paid in full. I then received a confirmation email saying they would be in contact with a delivery date. Two days later we received a text to say we had to wait a month for the shed to be delivered ...Friday 3rd July...great.
I took the day off work to be here for the big day, I called Forst Gardens at 8.30am to ask for a rough idea of what time I should expect the Shed and was told they were on their way, the shed should be with me before 12pm.
At 10.45am I received a call from Forest Gardens to say I would not be receiving my shed today as it is out of stock? They then went onto say it was in stock when I ordered it but not now? They basically told me it was not their problem and I needed to go back to JTF which I did and got absolutely nowhere seems to be a reoccurring problem that they advertise products on their website and they don’t actually have products in stock, they are more than happy to take your money though. I got no apology just said nothing we can do. I lost a days salary and I’ve had to go elsewhere to buy a shed. The customer service was terrible, nobody wanted to take responsibility, they just kept blaming each other. I spoke to a team leader called Grace that was suppose to come back to me...surprise 3 weeks later and I have heard nothing. I do not recommend anyone buying anything online. I certainly will not be shopping here again

I ordered a starter pack over 4 weeks ago and not received it. I have emailed and called several times and had no response . Terrible would never recommend
