I would give a negative star review if this was possible.
Got to be the worst customer service I have had EVER!
Ordered an item and paid for next day delivery. Still waiting 5 days later with the only course of complaint is to an international number that haven’t got a clue.
I will not be using Jacamo again and would advise staying well clear.
Awaiting refund now! Wonder how long that will take and how many phone calls will be needed.

All very good except not being able to take the packaging!

Took over 4 weeks to deliver, tried to contact but no reply.
When they were delivered the packaging was pathetic and the mats were totally crushed and creased.
When we tried to fit the mats and boot liner it was obvious straight away they were totally wrong.
Boot liner a foot too small and the rest clearly didn’t fit.
I contacted them and when they finally answered they asked for evidence they didn’t fit.
Took photos and they admitted a few days later they were wrong and said we could have a refund but had to send back first and would send a link with returns label- that never happened so luckily I paid with PayPal.
Opened a case with PayPal and sent all evidence and they never even responded to PayPal so the case was closed on my side so full refund.
Just got a full set of poor quality car mats that don’t fit!

Really tasty, filling and calorie controlled as well.
Always thought it was an expensive option but our weekly shop has gone down by more than we spend on Hello Fresh.

Communication was excellent and delivered when said and in the place I asked for. We’ll done. Other delivery companies are put to shame!

What a joke. I used to work for Morrison’s 30 years ago, when they had less than 20 stores. Customer service and satisfaction was there main goal. Now they can’t even deliver on time.
We stopped using them as they were constantly late and blaming vehicle breakdowns and when the delivery eventually arrived the drivers would give a different account that they were short of drivers!
Customer service line is a joke, 45 minutes to get through, passed on to store and blatantly lied to with no apology.
Ken Morrison would be mortified I’m sure.

I would rate negative if it was possible. I ordered a phone for my wife 29th December 2020! Today is the 13th February 2021 and it still hasn’t arrived. Customer service are a joke! You can’t phone anyone, ironic I know and the live chat is obviously an Indian one who are about as much use as a concrete parachute. Customer service email say it has been escalated and I will hear shortly. Still have never been contacted. I demanded a refund but apparently I have to return the phone that I haven’t received yet to get one!! Contacted trading standards and my bank so hopefully someone throws the book at the shower of s#\!$. I wish my wife was normal and wanted an IPHONE!

We bought a trike for our up coming 2nd birthday.We found the one we both liked with a third off and it arrived 2 days later, brilliant!
