I have recently been in discussions with Sian Thurston at Hoseasons and I can’t praise her enough. She was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Sian was always very prompt with her responses and went that extra mile.
Unfortunately in the end I didn’t book through Hoseasons (another story) but I couldn’t fault Sian’s persistence in trying to help.

Guide informative, interesting and professional

I ordered 2 fleeces as they didn’t have the size in store. When they arrived they were screwed up into the smallest bag ever. One did not have the zip done up. Both were in a sorry state.
However when I complained the postage charge was refunded…still screwed up though

Last year we decided to update our rather mismatched office furniture. After looking locally and researching on line we contacted Sharps, although thinking Sharps would probably be too expensive.
Within a few days a sales representative arrived, complete with samples, and together we decided what would suit us and make the best use of the space available. The quality of the product was excellent, and very much to our surprise the price was competitive. Shortly afterwards a surveyor arrived to check on the drawings and to make sure that we were completely happy with the design of our furniture. All Sharps furniture is made to the customers specifications and design needs. Within a week or two the product was delivered, and finally the installation team completed the job. Everybody involved were polite and professional; and we were delighted with the finished product. The furniture itself looks good, is sleek and hardwearing; and comes with a 10/12 year guarantee.
We recently decided to refit our spare bedroom, and on past experience we looked no further than Sharps. Again the bespoke bedroom furniture is very stylish and suits our needs perfectly. The whole team from the office through to the fitters are to be congratulated. Maybe it can cost a little more, but the quality and the whole experience is first class.
I would happily recommend Sharps
