Upon deciding to send my partner the gift of a floral delivery I chose serenta flowers.com, what a massive mistake! The flowers were a complete joke and were not even fit for sale at a garage forecourt, more suited to a compost heap. The So called flower arrangement consisted of 12 battered roses that resembled a wilted plant from my nans back garden. My nan has not been into her garden to tend to her plants for over 5 years as she is dead, so you can imagine how bad they looked. Along with the pink and red mush, the box and "support stick" that no longer provided any support as it was snapped in half. The box looked like it had been used at England's recent 6 nations game after they punctured the rugby ball and thought this was the next best thing to use. So in short my experience of serenta flowers has not been a good one and it's safe to say their customer service has matched the shockingly poor quality of their product.
