Absolutely disgusting. Every year they harass me over something i don’t even see any value in or want. How is it legal?
And this year it’s even more aggressive than normal, that letter - the online form is deliberately difficult too, clearly to confuse and scare our older folk.

This company doesn’t care about customers, in my opinion.
The quality of their products is not what it used to be, unfortunately, and their customer service is near none existent.
They seem to be going the same way as a lot of companies are nowadays, selling low quality items without any integrity or thought for the people buying them.
Profit is profit.

I’ve been shopping at Boots for 2 decades now, and never had a problem.
Now, though, I must say it is very hard to get any proper help online - I am so, so tired of AI already. When I finally did get through to a human (I think) their email reply was not helpful at all, which also makes me sad lol.
Maybe just rambling, but I do miss real customer service.

I did receive a refund but it takes an absolute age for it to be processed (I had sent back an item from another retailer on the very same day and had a refund within 4 days - easy peasy). Also, I did get a helpful response from customer service, but it takes a very long time and you have to wade through the AI bot stuff first. I probably won’t shop here again, just because it’s so inconvenient and I’m really tired of talking to robots in general.

Fascinating for tracing your ancestors and finding DNA matches. However, it seems that it’s becoming more and more of a cash-grab, with features increasingly hidden behind paywalls in a way to persuade the customer to keep buying ‘just one more upgrade’ - it’s greedy, unethical, and it doesn’t value the customer - taking away from the whole experience, unfortunately.
