Never had a problem with DPD in the…

Never had a problem with DPD in the past. Until NOW!!! You cannot blame the 1 week snow for deliveries being late 1 month later!!! You cannot leave deliveries at an unoccupied house and not let the person know if the delivery has or had not been delivered! Your standards have dropped massively! I don’t want excuses I just want a delivery. Why did I pay extra for a “next day delivery” and get it 1 week later?!! I’ll stick with Royal Mail. You now make Evri look good!

Use eBay!!!!

What an absolute waste of time this company is. Paid for next day delivery what a joke that was!!! Took over a week to deliver. Blamed the snow that was at least 1 month ago!!! I was not in. No notification it had or had not been delivered by DPD but Delivery driver left it at my door. When I ask I get told “it’s been delivered” When I get home delivery has disappeared!! Now I have over a week to file a form to DPD to make a claim! Non of this is my fault apart from using Tools4Trade, should be fools4trade! You’d think it was a very high priced product I’d bought not a £21.99 value INCLUDING “next day delivery!”latest is DPD are going to interview the driver, come to my house to retrace his steps and see where he left it. Personally I have contacted the BBC to see if Nick Ross and Sue Cook fancy coming out of retirement for a re enactment and a special crime watch appeal. Awaiting a reply from the bbc. Until then it’s up to DPD and TOOLS4TRADE to sort out this theft that I had zero control over!! I recon that £21.99 for a rubber strip will sell for millions on the black market! What an absolute joke!! BUT I made the same purchase on eBay and I now have and fitted my strip. Delivered by the ever faithful Royal Mail. I shall update at the nearest opportunity!! Order number T4T-331341 so don’t ask!

Let down BADLY!!

Placed an order on Tuesday the 13th January. Paid £48.00 for 2 day delivery (Thursday 15th January). Heard nothing. Enquired what time it would be. Was told I’d get a 2 hour time slot. 3pm today no time slot. So when I asked I finally got a message that the delivery driver was held up at his last job. Well I don’t pay £48.00 for excuses. I don’t care what’s happened. I paid £48.00 for delivery. Good job I have a plan B which is now in effect. I’ll never use these amateurs again. Shame really. But they chose the delivery company. Not me.

Thanks for your reply. YES I DID cancel the order because I was NOT getting the 2 day delivery I paid for. What kind of retard reply is that you give?? So it’s perfectly acceptable to pay for 2 day delivery but receive it on the 3rd day for the same price? What next? Sell damaged goods for the full price as un damaged goods? You pay for a service you should get that service. Not my fault YOU have a lazy delivery driver.

Unfortunately due to circumstances outside of our control involving our third party courier service, the premium delivery service that you paid for could not be fulfilled. The delivery was rescheduled to take place the following day but you opted to cancel the order understandably.

BUST!!!

Bought a robot vacuum cleaner for a Christmas gift only to be told there is a delay. Looked them up on the 27th December and they are BANKRUPT!! Bankrupt but still trading and they still advertise discounts. Save your money! Avoid at all cost!!

Here to help?! You’re having a laugh!!!

Ordered brake shoes and a spring kit on Friday 12 December. Get an email on the Monday 15th December telling me there is a 24-48hr delay! (Not my fault) tried to cancel order. Live chat does not work, no email address or phone number to talk to anyone. Now have an alert from Evri my parcel is nearly ready to be shipped. I’ve already sourced the same stuff from another supplier as I can’t wait. Also I have to pay to return said items. Why should I pay anything that I do not want? (Ship back to Germany I believe) I’ve never used Auto Doc before and I never will ever again! Worst online experience I have ever had!! Why when you look at auto doc it always puts you onto the App by the way? I don’t want the app and never will! I should have viewed the reviews before I ordered.

Phoned EE today to ask why I was not sending or receiving picture messages. Old Gupter in India told me I should use WhatsApp!!! Then told me because I have a price cap I cannot send or receive picture messages. I told him it was on iMessage and that works off internet NOT text message. I had to talk to him like he was a child because he was NOT listening to me and he ended up doing the same back!! I did find that very funny but unprofessional!!! I then spoke to Apple and whilst on this call hey presto!!! All the messages started to work!!! EE changed some settings and away we go! Like a dodgy mechanic hitting your car engine with a hammer to get it going again! Also I received a text message on the 6th November to get a call back about a new contract, on the 13th November I replied. Got a text back saying I would get a phone call back the next day. 1 month on NOTHING!!! Highlights what poor service EE actually deliver. Looks like I’ll go with the most popular mobile network in the uk on trustpilot, VODAFONE!! Can’t wait to see what pathetic response I get on here form the EE goons trained to reply to bad reviews. I’ll tell you now. I ain’t listening I ain’t caring. Cry wolf comes to mind. Save your excuses and don’t bother replying EE!

Right 1st time!

I needed a replacement tap cartridge. Sent off a few pictures and got a reply that they recommend one but we’re not 100% guaranteeing it would fit. Ordered it and BANG! Perfect fit! All from pictures. Fast delivery also. 100% I’d use them again. Fast efficient service! Thank you so much!

First time experience.

This was the 1st time I’d ever used them and it was brilliant. I’d use them again 100% 2 boxes of jars and lids came. Only 1 jar was Broken. That’s not even 1% damaged. I have no problem with that! I will be buying again in the future. Good value for money!

Waste of money and time.

Asked to replace a faulty triton cara shower with another triton cara shower. The old one would not heat up. The water would flow on and off with the controls. But the water would never get hot. So after changing the old 2012 shower for a new shower (bought in 2025) the new shower is the exact same as the old one!! It doesn’t work either!!! Nobody answers the phone or reply’s to emails!! I’ll never use triton and I’d never recommend them. What a waste of time!
17/7/25 on the 16-7-25 I had contact via email. Couldn’t be helpful enough. Ask any question we’re here to help. Last question I asked was what is the minimum flow rate and water pressure. Still waiting for a reply. Says a lot about this company.

Wow!! How useless can you get?!!

Phoned EE about a problem I had. Decided NOT to talk to anyone so before the call was answered I hung up. They phoned back and I did not answer the call. With that in mind they do not know who I am except if they look at my account and see my name. I received a text message from them. The same message twice calling me MRINMOY! Who??? That shows the level of the incompetence of them! Wow. I suppose the Mr is correct as I am a male. Not even close. I’m off to Vodafone! If I can I’d leave a screenshot of that message to prove it!


Thanks for the reply but I’ll not waste any more time with you!!!

Waste of time.

Saw a part I needed online. Phoned about the part and yes they had 4 in stock. Tried other suppliers but only MacDonald had them in stock. Next day phoned again, I was asked if I had an account. Told them I use too not sure if I still had. Was asked my email address and told them. Told them I had phoned the day before and they had 4 in stock. Never heard any more so the next day I ordered the same part off screwfix and had to wait 1 day for delivery. Screwfix delivered unlike MacDonald pluming supplies. Still not heard anything from MacDonald plumbing supplies. Poor show. Very poor. No wonder I don’t use them. Shame. They used to be a decent company but as time has went on they’ve lost their touch.

Bad customer service!

Having had no coverage then no internet on my mobile I phone EE. 1st person hung up on me, 2nd laughed at me and then without telling me transferred me onto Apple. Both me and the Apple person were confused. All call handlers spoke really POOR English. Terrible pigeon English, I couldn’t understand them! Really good that. I then lodge 3 complaints about this. Why would I know I need a new SIM card? Call handler made that out to be my fault. Your complaint experts were no use either! Very manufactured response. Well after (you told me) 14 years I’m OFF! There are many other mobile providers out there. Normally company’s reply to bad reviews but with EE having 75% no wonder you don’t reply! Also that is the most 1 star reviews I’ve ever seen!!! I am not alone!! Most used mobile provider but also the most complained about! Report them to ofcom. I do! 🤣🤣🤣

Terrible service

Terrible service! Absolutely terrible. To the point now I am changing banks!! Got a personal and Buisness account. I think I used my bank card on a dodgy website, both my Buisness and personal card. Phoned the “bank” and after jumping through hoops, supplying a blood sample, stool sample and my birth certificate I finally got through security! 🥳 was told to cancel my Buisness card and get a new card. Stupidly I agreed. After 2 weeks no card and no PIN! After several calls I received a PIN through the post then a new card by recorded delivery. Went to use the card for the 1st time, 3 times I used the pin provided. Locked out. Phoned the bank and after being asked ridiculous security questions I finally get through! 🥳 again!!! Told them the problem with my card. So after explaining I DO NOT HAVE THE APP, I was told (after they looked it up in a book) how to reset my new bank card. Simple process, go to the cash machine and type the new pin for the card in and hey presto! Your away! So today, the day after phoning the bank I go to use the card, guess what? CANNOT USE THE CARD!! Now the bank says the PIN is wrong! You can’t make this up honestly!! Also the bank put me through for my personal account and the girl on the phone said “I can’t see any fraudulent activity on this account, I don’t see why you need a new card!” 🤣🤣 so who is right and who is wrong? 🤔Says a lot the very low score Tripadvisor gives this bank!! After reading this, virgin, don’t bother replying with an apology.

I told you not to reply. Your crocodile tears mean nothing to me. If you can’t carry out a basic task as supplying a correct PIN for a bank card, how would anyone trust you with money?!!

A RUDE awakening!!!

Contacted Mira about a replacement cartridge, got an automated message back saying I can get a cartridge and a technician out to replace it, i replied and asked how it worked. Got another automated email back at 3.17am such woke me!! Unknown to them, I AM a Plumber!! Just sell me a part do not assume I’m a regular member of the public and don’t send emails at stupid o’clock.

Deceived.

Placed an order. Never delivered. I complained. Tried to deliver. Anyway after nearly 1 month the Royal Mail finally delivered, to my neighbour. That does not bother me. What does is the fact it took nearly 1 month to deliver. Delivery was SO slow I did not want the goods, return to sender! But no no the neighbour got it on the 22nd December 2023. I then reposted it back on the 22nd December 2023. It is now the 5th February 2024 and apart from a reply to an email asking about my refund I received a response on the 25th January 2024, 35 days after I returned the item and as of writing this it is now 45 days since I returned the goods. Also watch out as the refund did NOT include the postage and that was the deal breaker with this order. Next time I’ll stick with Bondara and I can’t wait to see what generic response I get to this complaint. A truly disappointing experience I’ll never chance again. I have been deceived. Promised a refund that has never happened.I did leave the order no 00929931 in the appropriate box when asked. How does that not help the matter?

Fraud? Deception?

Payed for a new industrial ladder stand off for my ladder on the Friday. Got an automatic response the part will be sent out soon! Monday get an email and surprise surprise the part I bought and was in stock had sold out. A lot of purchases that Friday must have been. I get told SEVEN to TEN days before mine can get dispatched. So seven days later I email to be told SEVEN to TEN days AGAIN! When I point this out to them I am then made aware that they have none in stock. They have NO MATERIAL in stock and once the material comes in they will proceed and make new ones!! Why sell something you do not have? Why lie? You took my money then tried to spin me off with lies! Never trust this firm! Absolute shambles of a firm. Don’t trust them. Just be honest at the start.

I must admit that sometimes we run out of material and sometimes its not caught in tiime and we run out of products. This is something that we work hard to monitor. Luckily all of our products are manufactured by us in the UK and it doesnt take long to get the products back in stock.
We apreciate that we live in world where we want everything immediately and a 7 to 10 day wait is a long time to wait so our appologies for that, I am sure that you recieved your stand off within the 10 days.

Bought a pair of wellingtons

Bought a pair of wellingtons. Got them early summer 2023 so never used them. Then comes winter 2023 so I wear them. Excellent boots. About the 4th time wearing them I’m out on a long walk with the dog. Get a funny feeling on my left heel. Have a look, nothing. Get home and have a right inspection. The stitching on the inside of the boot is rubbing my heel and left a blister. Retailer wanted the receipt which I’ve lost and they said “well when the rep comes I’ll tell him. What’s your number so I can phone you?”. January 2024 NO PHONE CALL! What a waste of money. Over priced by a mile! Typical these days. Take your money then silence. Even Stevie wonder could see the boots have hardly been worn.

Took out insurance with Ana, they then demanded proof of no claims on another vehicle which has nothing to do with this insurance! Total shambles of an insurance firm. GO ELSEWHERE!!

expensive crap!

Bought a bathroom suite for a client. Client sent me a link to these clowns. After fitting the bathroom suite the overflow for the bath had a pin hole in it. How that happens I have no idea!!! Next thing the bath screen leaks. Doesn’t seal against the bath and as it is hinged it leaks through the hinge!! I’ve been plumbing for over 25 years and never seen anything like it in my life!!! Avoid at all cost as they are expensive and poor quality. The worst bit is you cannot contact them. All you get is automated reply’s for emails or far too long waiting times for everybody else complaining!!!

P.s the leaking overflow can be bought on eBay for the EXACT same thing at under half price!!!
