Terrible service
Terrible service! Absolutely terrible. To the point now I am changing banks!! Got a personal and Buisness account. I think I used my bank card on a dodgy website, both my Buisness and personal card. Phoned the “bank” and after jumping through hoops, supplying a blood sample, stool sample and my birth certificate I finally got through security! 🥳 was told to cancel my Buisness card and get a new card. Stupidly I agreed. After 2 weeks no card and no PIN! After several calls I received a PIN through the post then a new card by recorded delivery. Went to use the card for the 1st time, 3 times I used the pin provided. Locked out. Phoned the bank and after being asked ridiculous security questions I finally get through! 🥳 again!!! Told them the problem with my card. So after explaining I DO NOT HAVE THE APP, I was told (after they looked it up in a book) how to reset my new bank card. Simple process, go to the cash machine and type the new pin for the card in and hey presto! Your away! So today, the day after phoning the bank I go to use the card, guess what? CANNOT USE THE CARD!! Now the bank says the PIN is wrong! You can’t make this up honestly!! Also the bank put me through for my personal account and the girl on the phone said “I can’t see any fraudulent activity on this account, I don’t see why you need a new card!” 🤣🤣 so who is right and who is wrong? 🤔Says a lot the very low score Tripadvisor gives this bank!! After reading this, virgin, don’t bother replying with an apology.
I told you not to reply. Your crocodile tears mean nothing to me. If you can’t carry out a basic task as supplying a correct PIN for a bank card, how would anyone trust you with money?!!
