I found their site very easy to order from, found what I wanted with a good description and pictures of the products. The poster was sent to me on Saturday after I had only ordered it the Tuesday before and it was really well secured in a very hard tube and wrapped inside.

A company who dealt with me so well when I ordered the wrong sizes on some trainers. They were constantly in touch with me and gave me a refund and were so polite in their communications.

I like that Octopus at least try to keep customers informed of changes to their tariff's and it is a good thing that their CEO, at least tries to address the issues unlike other CEO's who you never see.
Easy to understand website and I found what I wanted very easily. My watch was just what I wanted, the price was excellent, about £60 cheaper than all other places and it arrived very quickly.
As always, you can always find most of what you are looking for at Music Magpie. The price is good and my latest purchases were no different. The service is very quick and I never have any complaints.

I had a free boiler service with them due to another policy I had with them. My boiler was working fine, I called them, heard nothing so assumed my boiler was fine. Came home and turned it on and it was dead with no signs that it would ever work. I had it looked over by a proper engineer who could get nothing out of it. Not long after, I got calls coming in asking about me having a new boiler, saying how quickly they could install it, etc. I was astounded, not believing what I could hear. I tackled them about why it stopped working and they said it was old. Yes it was but it was working fine. I felt they purposely wrecked it. What was annoying was that they never phoned me to say it wasn't working.

The choice, prices and speed of delivery, it cannot get much better than this. I found Fragrance X by accident but glad I did. their site is so easy to understand and if you cannot find a fragrance, you can get an alert as to when it could be in. So many to choose from and in the end I got 7. I will be going back on and I would tell anyone else to go on here because there is bound to be something on here you will like.

Told I would pay £1 and in the end it was £39 and my problem was not solved. I have been cheated and as usual, there appears to be nothing I can do. They lied to me and that is that.

I have had many shirts from this company and have never had any complaints. Their site is easy to understand and the colours you see, match the colours you get when ordering something. the choice is great and you will at some point find something you like.
Great quality shirts and I have never been disappointed in any I have ordered and the variety of colours means that there will always be something for every taste.
Music Magpie are always prompt with their deliveries and I have never had a problem. The site is easy to use, the prices are good and I have recommended them to many others.
I bought some flowers on someone's behalf and they wanted to spend £30. What we got were not £30 worth. The bouquet was the same size as a £10 bouquet from Asda or Tesco. Their policy is to put the exact amount of flowers in a certain named bunch so that everyone gets the same amount. That may suit them but it leaves the customer with a very small bunch for the money they have to pay.

It must be 3-4 years since I first started using Music Magpie and in all that time I have found their service to be as efficient as any online retailer. If you order, you get a swift response that they have received it and within no time at all they send your order and you get it so quickly, well packaged and at a really good price that I find it impossible to criticize anything that they do. I shall carry on ordering from Music Magpie in the years ahead.
This company do not blow their own trumpet, they just let you know when they are coming to do their repairs/service and you have the option to text them back. They are not expensive compared to other similar services and are polite and courteous.
